Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #5

He needs an intervention. Seriously. He keeps running to the defense of his "professional colleagues" and getting himself worked up to the point at which he's squeaking.

And he doesn't get that Arias has sucked him in ... through the tv screen. lol

I was watching CNN the afternoon of the Sandy Hook shooting. I felt bad that there was no one around to recognize that he shouldn't have been on the air until he calmed down a little.

ETA: He was very emotional, as we all were, but he said some things that I think he later regretted.

Don't quote me but I think it was in the Detective Flor*s interview of JA Part #14, there was a very, very subtle JA confession of sorts.

It shows Detective questioning what JA's motive was and if she was jealous she wasn't going to Cancun?

JA responds something to the effect, "well, a little but that wasn't the reason"

The "reason" for what JA?????!!!! :banghead:

Anyone else catch that???

Yes!! I never believed it was Cancun. It was whatever TA referenced in May.

No matter what happened that day, she was going to kill him.

I bet she could have made a deal for life in prison if she had pleaded Guilty to first degree murder. But she wanted a deal for second degree and the state wouldn't bite because they knew Jodi had committed first degree murder and they had the evidence to prove it.

Jodi would have received something in return for her plea...most likely guarantee of prison rather than DP. If it is true that she wanted to avoid the mess, why didn't she just enter a Guilty plea?

My guess is it isn't true at all.

With that part of your statement, I agree absolutely. Unless it involved the molestation and murder of a child, I cannot imagine any prosecuter insisting on a trial if the accused were willing to plead guilty in exchange for LWOP.

I am not so sure about this part:
My guess is Jodi went to trial thinking she would be acquitted and then toward the end when her DT knew acquittal was not likely, they fought to get lesser charges included to mitigate the damage.

She may have thought acquittal was a long shot but better than a guarantee of being in prison for life. Since even if she lost she might still avoid he DP, she might have thought she had little to lose.

I doubt the DT had any illusions that she would walk or even be found guilty of second degree murder. After all, they had HER as a client and a ludicrous story to tell the jury.

On Dr. Drew they are talking about Jodi's creepy presence at Travis' memorial. I think I would have taken it upon myself to walk up to her and tell her, "Jodi, this memorial is for Travis' family and friends. You are neither. Please leave!" If that didn't work I would have gathered up a posse to help me escort her out. Unfreakin'n believable!:twocents:

Does anyone else find the co host of DD odd? She makes all kinds of faces and sounds, and yet says nothing!

ALL of his co-hosts are odd, and, yes, all of them do a lot of murmuring, head shaking, and face making without contributing anything. He should just hire a spokesmodel to sit in the chair next to him and be done.

Well, that IS something! Thank you. I just knew you could clear that up.
At least she didn't actively subvert justice for 100 hours like the DT's witnesses, e.g., ALV and Doc $.

I, for one, would love to find a breakdown of who all got paid and how much they got paid to do exactly WHAT with AZ's taxpayers' money. I'm not talking about legitimate expenses for a fair trial, but out-of-control and flagrant squandering of resources in this particular DP case.

I imagine all those special golf pencils and crayons for Jodi must have put AZ back a few bucks!

:D

Who do y'all think JA is referring to in this tweet?
"I've worked with considerable amounts of people in this case, and at this time, the one I thought I could trust could not be after all."

:clap::clap::clap: I agree totally!

Dr Drew on the psyche hospital again .. can someone remind Dr Drew that Jodi is part of the corrections system and not on Celebrity Rehab?

Just put bobble-heads in chairs and be done!
