I don't think the glasses match. (That is, assuming the comparison photo of SR shows his current pair.)
It looks to me like SR's glasses frame is only dark on top, while the other photo shows a glasses frame that looks dark all the way around.
MOO
Apologies if I extrapolated local information to a broader application.
I have had to provide a thumb print (not a full set) every time I have something notarized, and I'm in California. Perhaps I overstepped in assuming this was required everywhere in the US. Maybe it's a county by county...
From experience I know that all Federal employees and County employees are also fingerprinted. I infer that State employees are as well.
I agree it's still not "most people" in the US, but it's a rather substantial percentage I'd say.
It also occurred to me that in the US we are thumbprinted...
Re mom and the "thud" --
Someone please clarify -- didn't she say that she called out to SR after the thud and he answered?
Also, I don't have a good mental picture of their home/neighborhood -- are there other homes close enough nearby where someone else might have heard any commotion...
I understand. This is why I used the qualifier "appropriately".
I'm thinking of terms such as
.
Again, not suggesting that any one of these actually happened, just acknowledging that there are medical terms that might appropriately appear on a DC which evoke more horrific images in our...
Pure speculation only, but I can think of a few descriptive words that might appropriately be on a death certificate of someone murdered in this way, that would be horrific to see from the family's perspective and would indicate a different magnitude of violence compared to the other victims...
Yes!
I'm in the process of determining whether I need surgery on my hip, and if it turns out that I do, I will push to get it done fast, like early this summer. Partly for personal logistical reasons, but also because I feel like we're in a covid lull, and if I have to spend a day or two in...
I don't think there's been any recent change. I expect the new formulations, when there are any, might come out in the autumn, similar to flu vaccines.
In fact, when I looked at my covid vax card, I noticed that my shot from yesterday was from the *exact same batch* as my shot in October. A...
I got a covid booster yesterday as well. It had been six months so I figured it was time. I got it at my local Rite Aid pharmacy, which I think is the only place to get them locally anymore, except maybe for hospital inpatients and skilled nursing residents.
They asked if I wanted Pfizer or...
I always thought that JL wasn't even among the fb friend requests made that night. I recall it being said there were three (I think) Jeffs among the group, but I didn't think Libler was one of them. Can someone confirm one way or the other?
The sweater is interesting. Shirts with large lettering or designs like that seem much more attention-grabbing than a solid or non-writing pattern.
Plus -- IT'S IN ENGLISH! Would this have been common as an item of clothing in Japan?
If our guy did wear it, I wonder if he perhaps turned it...
I know my sheriff's office dispatch/non-emergency line as well.
My thought here is, isn't the bio-dad an employee of the sheriff's office? Maybe CP knew he'd get a fast response by calling them? MOO
I agree with @Cool Cats that not everyone gets long covid. But there is no consistent manifestation of it for anyone to really know if they will develop long covid effects or not.
I mean, for some people, some of their covid symptoms simply remain after their acute infection. That's pretty...
