I am wondering if PC thought this would be his alibi. Most ATM's have cameras. If so, this shows premeditation, IMO. I think that is why he was so quick to point out on the Nancy Grace interview that he was at Cub Foods.

I agree. There is so much I want to say but it is pure speculation.

If I am not allowed to post this,mods please delete. On the his FB page, Reporter Orlando Salinas, has given a little more information about the day Noah went missing and about the septic tank. He apparently interviewed several people who were on the scene. Interesting information if it is true.

Will the verdict be read live on tv/streaming or will we find out by tweet?

Could this be why he did not want the test shown? Not because of copyright but to cover his tracks of using the test incorrectly?

This trial will never end. I guess no court on Monday now. @TrialDiariesJ: FYI- MONDAY in #jodiarias is now a Status Conference at 9:30am MST. Wed is the Evidentary Hearing at 9:30am MST. The rest? Who knows!

Could a juror be dismissed for writing a question? Maybe she wrote something along the lines that Dr F is full of it and might as well give Jodi the needle now.
