OMG. I guess they got all their info from TM or something--Heather DID NOT "hang out" at PTL. It was described as a desolate, isolated and eerie place, so I doubt ANY young woman would ever just sit in her car alone there.

I think they lured HE to PTL and kidnapped her there--she got into their truck. At that point, they had to commit a murder & conceal a body--I think the car at PTL was forgotten in the chaos of what was happening.

I think HE's pregnancy is the key in the decision to murder her. For whatever reason, TM seemed to be OK with punishing SM with bed chaining, physical abuse and taking over his FB to malign HE when she thought she was just dealing with infidelity. The pregnancy made her flip a switch. ETA...
