I am not a lawyer but I don’t think crimes charged in the state of Connecticut can be tried outside of the State of Connecticut. The charges are brought on behalf of the people of the State (or Commonwealth) where the crime was committed. So his change of venue would only be for another city...
Welp. She’s holding her head high now. Makes me think she got a pep talk from FD, through the lawyers. They are going to present a United front. I hope and pray LE is holding the ace. What is LE required to share with their attorneys?
Well, then, let’s hope in the three hours she said something that will trip them up later on. Is she smart enough to keep all the lies straight? She doesn’t strike me as the sharpest tack in the box. IMO
Someone give me some hope here. It’s pouring down rain here and that’s how I feel inside right now for JD and most especially for her 5 babies (I have 5 kids too, but no twins). Is it possible that LE has an airtight case with evidence/remains and they were able to completely keep it close to...
This makes the most sense to me. MT is his alibi and it can be proven SHE wasn’t in NC. I think they made a pact and he’s so sure he covered everything. The analytical methodical math man. He thought it all out. He plotted it all out. He thinks there is no way she will be found.
Because maybe his “unusual person” attorney will be able to succeed in getting a bond reduction :(
And because I just have a bad feeling that poor Jennifer will not be found because he really really really planned for her not to.
All IMO
I’m officially sick and have a sinking feeling after reading the comments from FD attorney. I haven’t posted here in years. After the Casey Anthony case, my heart broke at the injustice and I would read periodically but haven’t logged in to my account for many years, until JD case. I have a...
I think Darlie exhibits classic traits of a borderline or even histrionic personality disorder. What was the story at the graduation party where she claimed she was raped or some such nonsense because she wasn't getting any attention? Anyway people with these personality disorders are prone to...
I know! My favorite part is (sarcasm) is when he said "I figured if I hung the jury he'd go free anyway." (Not an exact quote but that was the jist of it) So he acquits him and lets him be free for life? If he believed him to be guilty he should have hung the jury!
