I believe they do add on lesser charges to get them on something for those jurors that cannot wrap their head around the fact that people do sick things like this. Sometimes they tack on lessers right before the trial. I believe H.E. was confined/tied up/trapped somewhere by this couple...

If she had been killed at PTL and then transported to another location that act would not be considered kidnapping, correct? That would be a charge having to do with the mishandling of a corpse, right? Because she would already be dead. I think the kidnapping was either in the luring her there...

I have a prob with death threats to any witness BUT they could have proceeded with Daryl Brewer anyhow or called a member of her family to speak on her behalf. well the last thing the judge said was that she assumed their client wanted to elocute, maybe they're taking a break before Jodi pleads to the jury for her life. Just wondering why all her family is there but no one will/can speak for her?

I didn't think I'd be this anxious during deliberations and as time goes on I get more and more worried. Does a juror actually believe the lies? Does the gun or knife first argument even matter in this trial? she killed him 3 times over and if she didn't "know" he was dead she left him for dead...

do we get to find out what the jury decided on as their schedule for deliberations?
