Not sure he'll claim an arguement. I have to believe that the damning evidence is contained in the tox report.... hence, the long delay. To me, this suggests poisoning of some sort. As for the change of venue, I really doubt it. I think he still thinks he has more friends than enemies around...
Second degree murder is a GREAT charge. First degree is reserved for murder of law enforcement personell. Second degree is PREMEDITATED murder. This is very good news.
