Since you quoted *my* post, I assume you're asking me? She totally has makeup on! She has some eyeliner on, some lip liner and either gloss or lipstick. Put it side-by-side with her other pictures and you'll see the natural look versus makeup. It's pretty clear to me.

Or maybe she and her sister were going out to dinner with their parents or something and big sister put the makeup on her for that reason. There could be any reason for the makeup on and the photo taken. Maybe there was a party for the basketball team. Her hair and makeup is pretty flawless...
