Hi there - had the same question - just strted the book and was up reading last night - it is a good read and there are no questions about what he has written so far, as in other books on other subjects - he explains all of what he is talking about at the time - which I like very much.

Any way you look at it, they should have called in the troops - and I mean the psychologists and it should have been immediate and ongoing. If I walked into a room after Burke had just completed his rounds, I would have gotten Dr. Freud on the phone immediately. IT IS BAD.
