BBM above...thank you I was pretty sure I heard something about motions filed today. I read on twitter that ja was in chambers without her attorneys...not sure if that's true...if it is, I'd bet ja is saying she wants new attorneys......Ok, I read her tweet above and perhaps she was telling JSS...

I listened to what little there was to hear when HLN played it and am 99% sure I heard JSS say something about the motions filed today......I will try to listen again later on. My TV was low so I might not have heard what I think I heard.

So the defense wants extra time to reply to the state's reply to their motion to take the DP off the table..... And the defense filed motions today? Anyone know what those motions are?

erhaps the State is as unsure as I, that JSS would give her LWOP. She has been so licky licky throughout this trial. Allowing things just because the defense requested it, all the ex-parte meetings, so many closed door hearings, allowing witnesses to disrespect the State (JM), not working...

I wish I was as confident as you that JSS would give her LWOP....

I wish this Judge had control of her court room. Scheduling issues should have already been cleared up. Sad................
