I can't believe he's not been spotted on camera anywhere if he did leave on foot of his own accord. I had a little Google walk through the neighborhood and looked at some of the houses on Zillow and they're all well over half a million dollar homes. You would think they'd all have cameras and security systems everywhere. My own little rinkydink camera system from Amazon immediately alerts my phone if someone goes in or out my front or back door, walks near the front of the house, and starts recording video if anyone walks up to the front porch or the driveway. Most of my neighbors have a similar system, and this is a very low crime area, so I figured it would be the norm in most places.
IMO, I've never heard foul play used to reference self harm in any way. I think it usually implies a criminal act of some kind that was committed against the person in question.

Same. I was taken aback for a moment. The intensity hit me like a mini flash. I wonder who reported him missing. I felt a little strange watching the parent’s interview. The dad was talkative and the mom was somewhat quiet.

The term "foul play" has no actual meaning in the practice of law, it’s more of a colloquial term for when some criminal act is suspected to have occurred and most often used by LE when speaking to the public. As defined in the Cambridge Dictionary it's "a criminal act that results in serious damage or injury, especially murder". foul play
We had a case very similar recently in New Jersey; an autistic boy left the home without telling anyone, and was found drowned in a nearby creek. Very sad.

I believe there are photos from Saturday and Sunday from BJs and Sam's Club or Costco. Also, there are people saying there is a picture/video from dinner Sunday night of mom and Sebastian at dinner at Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant to their house is a very short drive (a couple of miles) and mostly residential. I wonder if there is a Ring picture of them returning from dinner that night if they did not park in the garage.
