OJ was likeable and charming on TV ~ before the murders. I remember those commercials of him running through the airport leaping over chairs.
I was an older college student during the time of the murders and the trial. I saw the Bronco chase. I saw a little bit of the trial and news highlights...
I noticed those articles mention that Ruth's husband was an actor. Maybe that really is her in "Jaws". Maybe. If it is her, I wonder if he's there too?
Interesting discussion about hairstyles. When I saw the actual pictures of Dawn first posted I immediately noticed her hair. Oh. She had wavy/curly hair.
Also I do agree that Karl was close to what Dawn actually looked like. He was not far off.
@Springrain, I'm sorry for being confusing. It was Halloween night as we all know. I just have a vague idea of some kids trying to pull a joke/prank on her by telling her she was supposed to meet someone at/by the prison. I don't know. I could be way off. It was just a wild idea that came across...
I know there's a lot of speculation about why Sherry was trying to get to the prison. An awful thought has come to me. I sure hope it wasn't some kind of joke/prank that someone was trying to pull on her and ... it went horribly wrong.
Carl said up thread that her brother has spelled it Sherry, and their father's obituary shows it spelled Sherry. So he's going with that. That's my understanding.
I'm so glad Sherri has finally been identified after all of these years. I find it very touching.
I think the recons were not really that far off from what she actually looked like. Her face was thinner than what they showed. Of course that is understandable considering what happened to her...
Peggy had beautiful eyes and a beautiful smile. She looks like a sweet person in her pictures. I'm so sorry about what happened to her. She did not deserve that.
I just came across this a little bit ago. I hope it's okay if I post this link. Missing Persons Of America. "Walker County Jane Doe; A 36 Year Mystery".

Someone, I don't remember who, posted this one on the Allenstown uids thread. The post disappeared after Bessie went through and moved/removed several posts. I agree with the original poster that this lady could possibly be Denise.
Thank you, Irish Eyes and Alleykins. I did find Elizabeth's thread after I posted. I agree it looks like she's probably not our little Jane Doe (middle child).

Going off of Alleykins' comment about a mother found murdered, and her child missing. I thought I would look for missing little girls from the late 70s. I found this case - from California.
