It is my understanding that if a gun is purchased at a gun show and the purchase is made in cash, there does not have to be a record of any purchase or transaction. Of course for tax purposes the seller would have to record the sale but he/she would not have to record info on the buyer.

Thanks Shadow. I agree, Pastor Daniels definitely knew her killer. Hinton was always my biggest red flag. But, we are almost two years into this case and Hinton has not been arrested. This leads me to believe he had a solid alibi and / or there was DNA evidence that did not match Hinton.
