GUILTY CA - Gabriel Fernandez, 8, tortured to death, Palmdale, 22 May 2013

I just don't think he should be allowed solitary confinement! That poor baby didn't even get that kind of PROTECTION! I want him to reap some of what he sowed. It is a sad sad world we live in!

Maybe they moved him because they were bringing in an associate(s) to question and LE wanted to erase ANY opportunity for communication between them.

I took a picture of my grand daughter earlier today on my iPhone and a thought came to me about the stills of the photos of BG. What if what we see as "stills" from what we believe is a video that Libby took isn't a "video" at all? What if it was originally a "LIVE" photo (moving picture) of...

THIS ⬆️!!! That is something that is so important and I don't understand the secrecy of this fact. Why would LE not state where the drop off location was? Ok, they don't want to state WHO dropped them off...perfectly fine but WHERE is majorly important. 🐮

Fair assessment on THAT particular case? Certainly. All cases and all CPS agents? Definitely not.

And I have seen first hand very dedicated CPS agents in several counties in NC who do their best to protect the children.

You can not lump "most" CPS agents into your county's standards of Social Workers. I would ventrure to say "most" do give a da#m or they wouldn't have gotten a BA or a MA in that field. Your statement isn't a fair assessment. Sorry.

ALOT of CPS agents take their jobs VERY seriously. Actually, I think more do than don't. But there are limits that even the goods can reach when no one is willing to speak up & children that are willing to tell the truth.

Exactly. CPS has 24 hrs to investigate. They can show up on your door step to see the child or at the childs school without calling ahead. Also, if they think a child is in danger and has been taken over a county line the other county is called in to help and given an address where the child...

My daughter is a level III Social Worker with DSS in CPS in North Carolina about 3 hrs away from where this little angel went missing. NC CPS would show up on the door step of AD. They do not have to call ahead and the flu wouldn't stop them from checking on the welfare of the child if they...
