Found Deceased FL - Jason Winoker 52, from Tampa, Springhill Suites, Tallahassee, 17 Aug 2021

My daughter goes to FSU, the school they were dropping their daughter off at, and I will attest that most in-state students get the Florida Bright Futures scholarship, which can pay full tuition, or at least 75% of it (depends on SAT scores, GPA and volunteer hours, and with it being so...

What did we learn today 7-05-2011

I'd never heard of the professional jury idea, but I like it. Was there doubt in this case? Of course there was. There's doubt in any case where there isn't a series of impartial eyewitnesses. But was it reasonable? Not in my opinion. I think the jury couldn't see the forest through the trees.

What did we learn today 7-05-2011

Hey, for the record, those jurors are from Clearwater, not Orlando. As an Orlando resident, I just wanted to clarify that. ;) Anyways, I am sickened, sickened, sickened. And shocked by this outcome. What I've learned is that I can't trust our judicial system. They keep saying that the system...

George and Krystal Holloway/River Cruz *MERGED*

I agree with you. For some reason, I have always sympathized with GA. I saw him and CA at Target a few months ago (it was on St. Patrick's Day actually, because he was wearing a bright green tee shirt, which is what caught my attention). Anyways, he just looked so depressed and beaten down. I...

    marijuana-depersonalization

Yeah, I would think that it would be very difficult to keep all of her stories straight if she were smoking pot heavily, too.

What did we learn today 6-30-2011

Not necessarily. I'm sure that Zenaida Gonzalez and Juliette Lewis would love to have her head up their nanny business. Since they're fictitious and all, she should still be able to manage them from prison.

George and Krystal Holloway/River Cruz *MERGED*

If the jury believes her. Personally, she didn't seem believable to me. When JA had her read back the transcripts of her depo, she sounded like she was crying, but yet the whites of her eyes were still white, her nose didn't turn red, and as soon as she was done speaking, she was fine. Maybe I'm...

George and Krystal Holloway/River Cruz *MERGED*

She seems delusional to me. I think her and ICA would've made good friends. They could've lived in fantasyland together.

What info did Lee A take to the defense team?

Exactly! ICA does not seem like the martyr type to me. No way is she going to sit in jail for three years and "have my whole life taken away from me" (or whatever it was she said in that jail visit call) to cover up an accident, or cover for someone else. If she had a real tale to tell, she...

2011.06.23 TRIAL Day Twenty-six (Afternoon Session)

I live in Orlando, so I'll give you my opinion on this. IIRC, I think she does have sunpass, but in all honesty, to get from their house to where she worked, it really wouldn't have made sense to take the toll roads. Granted, she could've, but it would've been a longer route (and I'm not sure...

2011.06.23 TRIAL Day Twenty-six (Afternoon Session)

Now that the initial shock of CA's testimony is wearing off, I just had a few thoughts. While in my heart, I still believe CA just perjured herself on the stand, I do wonder about something. What if she was telling the truth and did actually look up chloroform in her search for chlorophyll...

2011.06.17 Dateline NBC RE: The Trial

BBM- IIRC, ICA was supposed to be giving it to her supervisors at Universal. Amy wanted to get a job there. There's no end to her lying...

Scott Peterson vs. KC - Which case had/has more evidence?*POLL ADDED*

In the DT's opening statement, they pretty much dismissed the nanny scenario and decided to go with an accidental drowning. If there really was a nanny who stole the child, why would they claim that the child accidentally drowned? Personally, I think bringing in the drowning was a big mistake...

Will we ever find out exactly what happened to Caylee?

I voted not sure. Not sure, because maybe something in forensics will be able to tell what happened. I know they haven't yet, but I keep hoping there is some other piece of evidence that will tell that either hasn't been looked at yet, or has and LE is keeping it secret. I am still in the belief...

KC Could Get A College Degree In Prison For Free - Thoughts Please

I've always thought that education for inmates was a huge waste, especially ones with no hope of getting out, and it does seem to be a slap in the face to those of us law abiding citizens who had to pay for their own education. Maybe the ones serving shorter sentences, but then I think they...

Toy horse found at crime scene

Yeah, I hope that they find fingerprints on the duct tape. As Caylee's mother, I would expect that Casey's fingerprints would be on her toys. It would be stranger if they weren't on them. But the duct tape, I think only the killer would have touched that, especially if prints are found on the...

Enquirer Sez What Set George Off Was...

If George remembered Caylee having some heart stickers, or maybe he remembered giving some to her, then I would think that even the mere mention that she had a heart sticker on the duct tape would be especially upsetting. I don't think he would have necessarily needed to see the sticker to go...

    Were Caylee's Remains Moved?

Wanna know what I think? I think that she killed Caylee sometime between the evening of the 15th and the evening of the 16th. Then she either put the body in the trunk, or hid it somewhere in the backyard (sandbox maybe). That sounds pretty risky, though, so I am leaning towards the trunk. After...

Besides Casey, who "knows" the most about the actual crime?

I really don't think Casey has told another living soul anything about what really happened. I think Lee's testimony about their close bond was truthful, in that he believes it to be the truth, but I think its really just what Casey wants him to believe. She plays this whole family like a...
