No point in filing murder charges yet, IMO. LE has plenty of time to gather evidence, dot all i’s and cross all t’s. She’s not going anywhere and if they rush and file charges now the clock starts ticking on a trial. Any of our Lawyers want to weigh in? @gitana1 @riolove77 @BeeGirl

I believe they can’t confirm because there is now a gag order in this case. I haven’t seen any direct statements from LE since Friday afternoon and at that time they refused to name anyone. It doesn’t mean MF didn’t do it, it just means they can’t confirm or deny it, lips are sealed. JMO

I’ve been following this case since day 1, mostly in the media thread but, umm I’m pretty positive that I have never heard some of those names in any media. I’ll admit I was skeptical and taking Bentley with a grain of salt but that seals it for me.
