Is there anyone that believes Ross is innocent?

No one would be convicted if you throw out all the evidence...lol. Actions after the crime are circumstantial evidence of consciousness of guilt. Guess what? Don't want your actions laid in front of a jury after your child dies? Don't fail to call an ambulance, go ahead and call your lawyer...

The Sidebar - Harris Trial #3 *VERDICT - GUILTY*

I believe that when that expert heard the evidence not provided by the defense from speaking with the prosecutors, the expert became a liability to the defense team. If your expert is going to concede evidence you didn't provide, best not to put them on the stand.

The Sidebar - Harris Trial #3 *VERDICT - GUILTY*

Years and years of sitting in that cell is going to feel like being trapped in that car seat. He saw Cooper... he smelled Cooper. He will have that in lonely dark hours for a lifetime. Seems more fitting a punishment to me.

The Sidebar - Harris Trial #3 *VERDICT - GUILTY*

I thought he was guilty from the start, but I wasn't sure of exactly what. I felt felony murder. Glad he's going to really find out what it's like in prison. All the excuses in the world. I was shocked at how many would excuse him that 40 seconds. Everything he did that day was to try to lay...

    Oscar Pistorius - Sentencing - 7.6.2016

Ah good. Not much room for him to stumble around willy-nilly there, eh? We wouldn't want him to hurt himself.

    Oscar Pistorius - Sentencing - 7.6.2016

True only if you believe the one witness even this ::cough:: judge said was a poor witness. I believe that every day will be like dog years for poor ole pitiful Pistorius in jail, and that gives me a bit of peace with this. He is is own worst enemy and is the sole reason he will never regain...

So disappointed in Dr. Phil. He should have had an hour with Juan Martinez alone. UGH. Will anyone do an in depth interview. So glad my book comes tomorrow.

He sold a whopping 50 copies of his RAP. I think her DwH must have bought 49 and the "rapper" bought the first one. #Failure #NooneBuysHisCrap #NoAudienceForThat

Prosecutor Juan Martinez releases new book, February 2016 - #1

I'm going to wait and read the whole book before I pass judgement. This, out of context, could mean that this was his first thought when seeing the first of the evidence, but as he learned more of her psychopathy, he saw the whole picture. One small paragraph does not make a complete big...

LOL! Well played, Mr. Martinez. He knew the killer wouldn't be able to contain herself knowing he was talking "bad" about her at HER house. :jail:

I'm at work, so can't study, but it almost feels like May is a reverse of Feb. TLE leads in Feb to get admissions, but Travis leads in May to get NA "on the record". So confused!

I pre-ordered from Amazon. I have in the past for other books and I've gotten them delivered on release day. Hope it's the same for Juan's book!

Travis Alexander's Journals and text messages

what song is that, Hope? This is all so creepy. Travis had no idea who and what he was dealing with. Something that the amazing prosecutor in the Lana Clarkson murder said in his closing haunts me about this case. He said (paraphrased as he showed surveillance video of Lana getting in Phil...

Book released by Defense Attorney, Nov 2015 #2

I cannot wait for this book! Finally, some sense and some perspective from a capable and inspiring attorney and human being. No matter what Nurms writes in his last two volumes (LOL! - you know he is waiting to see what Juan wrote about him. Because he is still a fat, maligned middle-schooler...

Book released by Defense Attorney, Nov 2015 #2

I will agree he's a victim of PTSD (kinda like Jodi's), but he's hardly innocent. He had choices as Hope has pointed out. He could have kept his integrity. But it seems you forget we WATCHED him for months in that courtroom and he chose his own questions and own emphasis and how many times we...
