Oh, wow. I didnt know about the post. Adding the use of that car makes the puzzle more complete. Isnt it strange though that she keeps mentioning it? Its as if it bothers her that we dont know about that part.
Hmmm. She did go out of her way to say her parents didnt want to loan out their cars. A red flag went up for me when she said that but I wasnt sure why.
During testimonies, I was worried which side was more convincing. I have no such worries with these closing arguments. Livesay had me transfixed. This guy is making me want to second-hand cringe, close my ears <modsnipped>
Does anyone else get a bit creeped out when the camera pans to Tammy's family? I feel like Im seeing a bunch of Tammys, including the sister. As if one isnt too much for this world already.
Im glad you mentioned this because it appears to me to be something mounted on the wall that includes a crank. Too large for a pencil sharpener, I suppose.
I agree with you and if you look at the hair on her shoulder being hit by the sun, it looks to be the same color. Something that nags at me about the short braids is that its obvious by the length and bands that they were pigtails. Would a guy put his hair in pigtails like that to make locks?
I can clearly see the lever. It looks exactly like the cranks on my parents 1960s crank out windows in their home. Ive never seen anything like that on a car seat before though.
Thanks. I guess attorney client privilege is what I should read up on. I do not envy the conscientious lawyer trying to fulfill their duties . Even more so, I do not envy judges since their job is to look out for both the defense and the state. The only two trials Ive ever watched this much...
I was thinking that even if she knew the whole story, it would be her job to cause doubt anyway she could, even placing blame on someone else. Is she legally not allowed to do so?
Thank you for your insight. I was trying to imagine what it must be like to defend the guilty. I agree it is necessary though otherwise the falsely accused would have no hope.
