exactly.....and also the fact that the last person to see KB has lawyered up/not speaking, very little information that has been made public and police are tight lipped, hence, too many variables that only create conjecture.<sigh>

Too many unanswered questions/unknowns that leads to so much speculation. If PF is involved in KB disappearance it could take years to connect him to this crime if at all. Drew Peterson comes to mind.

I think it means that if the murderer would have finished her testimony and/or pleaded for her life during allocution, it would not have made a different to the jurors because they thought she was a lying murdering psycho.
