A routine follow up with 5 police cars? I'm no LE expert but that just seems odd. Ok, so I know PF has not been named an official suspect or even a POI but LE is obviously heavily focused on him, for a reason. They likely have even more than we know, but not enough to make an arrest which would lead to a conviction so it seems they are desperately looking for the "smoking gun". We haven't had any indication whatsoever that they are looking at anyone else. All of these elaborate theories being thrown around just don't make near as much sense as the answer to Kelsey's disappearance being the most simple one which has been right in front of us all along..JMO.

Yes, that's interesting. But keep in mind that 2 or 3 of the cars were from Woodland Park PD, and that's who would have obtained the warrant. Since Frazee doesn't live in Woodland Park, the two (or three) Teller County Sheriff vehicles and personnel were there to escort the WPPD officers to execute the warrant. And around Teller County the police can't be too careful. Lots of libertarians with guns who want to be left alone. (MOO. This is not a statement about PF's political views or whether he has guns.) Police must have known exactly what they were looking for because it didn't take long to execute.

Just catching up. I agree with the person who described constitutional rights as “muscles.” We have the right to exercise them. One person suggested passing legislation allowing the interview of last contact witnesses, I think, to get around the silence right. Such legislation would be unconstitutional. PF, for better or worse, has the right to speak or not, as we all do.

I'd like to believe that would be true, but after seeing all the fan mail from women that CW gets, I'm thinking there's a fool born more than every minute.

Can they pull his mother in? Could she be considered an accessory or am I stretching that one too far? I mean she is the property owner, and if the red truck belongs to her???

Either she cooperates or doesn't but LE sure isn't telling us anything.

It came from PF's mouth. PF said the 5-mo dogs had been tied up a long time. He said they wanted to bite the cows. He said at the end the dog was having pups in two or three days. I could see all were barking like crazy, the one about to have pups was panting heavily and no water nearby.

We'll agree to disagree and move on. I'm thankful I live in a state that prohibits such cruel treatment. JMO

Too many unanswered questions/unknowns that leads to so much speculation. If PF is involved in KB disappearance it could take years to connect him to this crime if at all. Drew Peterson comes to mind.

Yet another article that describes KB dropping off daughter at PF’s residence....”She then went to Frazee's farm to drop off their 1-year-old daughter”. Is this inaccurate? Do we have it firmly planted that the transfer of the child occurred at KB’s townhome? We do have knowledge that a neighbor of KB’s witnessed PF’s red truck at townhome between 12:30-1:00 Thanksgiving Day. Right?

In the one PC, the chief said this was a "muli-state investigation." So I think we can assume there is at least some inquiry going on, likely in Idaho. I also wouldn't be surprised if they havent asked for assistance from the Dept of Transportation in Wyoming, Utah, Idaho for any information they might have that could show PF traveling through there from Nov 22-25.

I'd have to look, but early on didn't they have a statement from Idaho LE? I believe there was one from Washington and Kansas too.

I did find this one, but I remember another one where they interviewed (I think) a State Trooper from Idaho.

Exactly! We also heard he was cooperating with LE only to find he was only talking through his attorney, and had yet to sit down with investigators. MOO

It could also be that he turned in "a" phone - we don't know how many he has or which one (if he has more than one) he turned in or let them review IMO

I've given up on the media getting it right. I'm going by the WPPD news release which states that per PF, he picked up the baby 11/22 in the afternoon (no location). I also believe the neighbor who says she saw the truck at KB's home between 12:30 and 1:00.

I think the owner of the horse decides what is best for her horse. If she was too close, the farrier could have asked her to please move back. The horse didn't need to be smacked with anything. JMO

The owner isn't the one bent or crouched in an awkward position with her head near the hooves. You think he hurt the the horse, but I think he got the horse's attention quickly. A farrier would not want to offend his customers, but he may have declined to service her animals again because of her. You only have her ~cough~ story. It's laughable - DM trolling around little Florissant seeking a disgruntled customer and waving cash for salacious, and useless, information.

I did notice the DM quoted a satisfied customer who stated he brought the beautiful baby with him. The deniers were loud yesterday...

Unlikely. Word almost certainly have leaked by now.

The thinking is that something was discovered when reviewing evidence from the initial search, and they went back to either have a look, or recover it.
