For some reason the police don't suspect fowl play but his wife believes soemthing isn't right. He wouldn't have missed fathers day with his kids. His wife also believes he may be somewhere on Long Island, Huntington area. He never takes the train, I'm guessing he doesn't like them, but his...

Unfortunately yes. However, the way the Bradleys have been portrayed by RCCL is dispicable.

My opinion only. I suspect the Bradley's filed whatever lawsuit they could to RCCL liable for somethingunfortunately RCCL has more money than the Bradleys could ever hope for and the Attorneys are VERY good. I don't blame the Bradley's attorney at all, I think did what they thought was best at...

If you go to Miami Dade Clerk of Courts and search the cases you will see there were several cases filed by the Bradleys. Some are dismissed with prejudice and some are without. CMIIW but I believe after 7 years the Bradley's couldhave Amy declared deceased but if they do that, I believe...

rsbm: "also - it wouldn't surprise me if the whole reason for the bradley's case was to try to get more info out of rc, knowing full well the case would fail. that's not a fact, just my opinion, since any decent lawyer would tell them there's no way the case would succeed, however you get a...

Actually the sightings were deemed credible by the Bradley's, so much so that they went back down to the Caribbean to follow up on the sightings. When they didn't bring these sightings up to the courts attention as being credible the cases were dismissed based on the fact they with held...

Unfortunately I can't answer that. Remember courts deal in absolutes and the only absolute they have is that Amy didn't come back home. Since the Bradley's were the plaintiffs it was up to them to provide iron clad proof that Amy went missing against her will.

"Fraud on the court" doesn't mean fraud in the general sense we use it in, it basically means they with held information or purposefully didn't disclose information. Secondly, as to Amy being shown as deceased, I find it odd but I spoke with an attorney friend of mine and since there is no...

True, but do we really know what the Bradley's have gotten and haven't gotten? The VI stated there have been other sightings but they couldn't be discussed because it could harm the case, etc. I'm not trying to discredit anything, I'm just trying to think outside the box! Granted this is a...

RSBM The risks are great, the profit is small Perhaps the profit isn't dollars, it's the satisfaction of taking away someone you love, and that's POWER.

I hate to keep going back to this but I'm almost completely convinced the pictures we are looking at are NOT Amy but rather a compilation of Amy photo shopped on someone elses picture. I've gone back and looked at the body, not just the facial features, this person seems almost to large to be...

RSBM BBM Most of the photos are from the United States, but many have been posted by a contributor in Toronto who goes by the name CreeperComforts" That is just plain wrong!

interesting thought. Perhaps not O/C but maybe someone with connections and they didn't get a settlement they believed they were entitled to? TOTALLY outside the box but it's as plausible as anything we discussed

Agreed but I would suspect if someone wanted to kidnap someone for attention they would have gone for someone known the public. Amy and NH didn't become household names (and unfortunately they are now put away in the attic) until they went missing and the parents made the plea. :banghead:

The biggest reason I don't think this is a crime of opportunity is because the Bradleys have stated a lot of people were paying attention to Amy while on the cruise, waiters wanted to take her to the bar etc. (oddly enough, the same bar NH went missing from) So I think we would need to ask did...
