Unless you're driving on the side streets, you MUST use the toll road to get from Indiana to Chicago. You'd either use 80/94, which is a the tollway, or you can use the "Skyway", which is also a toll road.

I would imagine the one with the timeline format is most recent or most used. The old format switches automatically to the timeline when you sign in. So, IMO, she hasn't signed in to the account that is not the timeline format.
