After discovery of a missing person's location, the glaring challenge is apprehending any responsible party. What do we know about this person? The perpetrator is Mercury retrograde in Taurus square Jupiter-Neptune. He enjoys kicking back and taking his ease and he enjoys company. He is of medium height with a well set body that takes on flesh with the years. His hair was or is dark brown. His habits are slothful. His overall appearance is unkempt and requires attention. He is run down but looks younger than his years and needs glasses, possibly wears them.
He is a reject, denied public acceptance, which does fit RSO but not exclusively, he could be a tramp or bum. In character, apart from this heinous crime, he is crafty and untruthful but a loose screw with disordered mental processes. His verbal and body language expression is off hand, impersonal, vague but he likes intrigue, is crafty and untruthful. He withholds information and shrugs off contradictions, inconsistencies and mistakes.
There is internal (not obvious) restlessness and he is given to coming and going a great deal, to the notice of others. He has been incarcerated and was released two years ago(?). Suspects must be drawn from a pool of neighbors, visitors, tourists, teachers, students and family black sheep due to the New Moon which had just occurred in II. I have to ask if this man had ever stolen anything because he is Mercury in Taurus in H. 7 and afflicts Jupiter-Neptune.
We are working with a sliver of a New Moon and therefore the situation surrounding Nevaeh's disappearance is obscure. We are trying to function in the dark and certain realities need to be exposed, cleared up. Jennifer B. is part of the obfuscation. House 9 is the way we conduct ourselves, with Cancer there our philosophy of home, family and nurturing and it required severe alteration and caused distress. Jennifer's report that one of the little girls told her Nevaeh was playing in the road would have been corroborated by that child so I trust that so much was true.
In examining an event chart, one always has to ascertain that we are dealing with an actual event by comparing the ASC with the House where Sun is found. Scorpio belongs on House 8, and there we have the Sun and also the Moon, so the chart meets the test. The Sun is a II neighborhood death but by human agency (Mercury ruling H. 8 cusp square the ruler of H. 5 child) a homicide. The Moon always describes the activity of the event and it is busy in the House of death and hard to solve problems, complications. This would conform to the intrigue favoured by the perpetrator. The Sun at the degree of the node is a fatality but it rules the mother and implicates her in this at the very least through her negligence and her introduction into the child's life of RSOs.
