How the heck could WFTV get this information? This is private information and is not available to the public.

Now if they saw Lee going to the jail and handing money over to the desk clerk or whoever, then I can understand spinning the story ... but they don't know this as FACT!

How do you know that? I'm not so sure. When Lou Pearlman was incarcerated there, EVERYTHING he bought at the jail store from his account (mostly CANDY! Heh) was a public record. The amount he spent on each item, etc.

The St. Pete Times reporter doing all the Lou P coverage used to post the lists.

I bet Cindy went thru Casey's purse. I wonder if she turned it and everything in it over to the police?

I'm really curious what the reason was for Casey abandoning the car and not returning for it or at least calling her parents to say it broke down or ran out of gas. Why would she leave herself without transportation? My original thought was that she was trying to make it look as if she and Caylee had both disappeared which would explain why she left her purse behind, but that makes no sense because she called Tony to pick her up. If she were trying to hide evidence in the car, why not burn it or drive it into a lake?

I wonder if LE has checked to see if she was talking to a man online, maybe had some kind of long distance thing going on - perhaps with a guy who didn't want kids.

What if...

ZG is a woman/group of women who babysit for moms who work in the clubs, for an escort service or for drug running. Maybe Zanny the Nanny has no address because the group moves around or meets in various locations to pick-up and drop-off kids. There would be no phone #, only word of mouth, and there would be no designated location. Maybe someone named ZG scopes out those places ahead of time.

Love the little violin Sweetmop!

WESH reporting about the bond denial, saying there was NO formal decision listed by the court with reasoning, as Jose Baez hoped for. According the WESH, this means that he cannot appeal to the State Supreme Court, as there is no decision to appeal - just another denial.

Cue the violins again!! I was hoping this would happen.

I cannot believe what I just read in the last paragraph on page six under the investigator's note. Casey showed no emotion and even laughed about the situation. She must have some kind of serious mental issue. That literally made me sick to my stomach after reading that.

If the dna in the trunk comes back with it being decomp,.....I now don't believe it was any kind of accident. To show such coldness...she had to have done something to Caylee deliberately.

If it doesn't show Caylee's dna in the trunk (ie, decomp fluid)...I wonder if she has set this up and has Caylee being held somewhere just to cause pain and anguish to her parents?
Could she be that cold?

Does anyone know exactly what time the first 911 call to the Orlando Police Dept. was? I am referring to the one made from the parking lot of the local LE substation when they couldn't figure out which LE jurisdiction she was in so she went home and called? I know it was after 5:30pm but can't find anything to verify the actual time. I know that the second 911 call was made at 8:44pm and the third at 9:41pm per the OCSO website. I am interesting in just how much time elapsed between the first call and the second call. I am also trying to figure out how much time lapsed between the GP's getting the car back from impound around 3:00 or 4:00pm according to Cindy and when the first call was actually made. Thanks
You know I'm not really sure. I remember GM saying she drove to the substation near her house at 5:30pm...but it was closed. I thought she also said at that point she called 911 while sitting outside the station. Maybe you'll find it in a Greta interview?

Anyone know for sure this was the purse she was USING ?? or maybe just an extra one ??

If it was her 'complete' purse, wonder how she cashed the checks she stole from Amy w/ no I.D. ???

this info came from Cindy, your guess is as good as anyone's. she's the only one i heard say the purse was in the car. she's the only one that brought it up. who knows.

Hey, psssst. It's not a good idea to keep post Kyle's last name. Especially since we don't know which Kyle is referred to in the phone calls

You guys might want to go back and edit your posts.....just sayin....

Bringing over from last thread because it was the last comment, and not sure it will be read!

I actually thought we had figured out (or at least strongly speculated) who the Kyle was. We even had a last name and his myspace, but I can't find it now. I know he was friends with Casey on her myspace because she left him comments. I went to her myspace to try to find him, only to find out that all of the Anthony family myspaces are now private.
I posted at 3:38 page 3 (myspace links) some quotes.

When my son's friend was in jail in Manatee County, Florida, I called the jail and asked how much was in the account. This person in jail wanted me to send money and since this person was a liar, I called and they would not tell me this information.

Thanks posters who did the search for info about the keys and purse and whether either was in the car. That's the same interview I remembered. I gave it credence because it was one of those Cindyisms: she gives you a believable fact that isn't so helpful to her daughter, but then promptly spins it in the totally opposite direction to try, sometimes nonsensically, to make CA look better. Like: purse was in car when we got it from tow lot (sounds as if CA left it there, whatever her intentions thereafter), BUT then again, we don't know who was in car after CA (a crazed nanny, bushy-haired stranger from the 1960's, friend of Susan Smith, someone just generally sinister, etc.) who might have borrowed it, transported a body, then re-abandoned it in the lot without stealing the purse???? :waitasec:

Tried this earlier don't know what happened.

Earlier someone posted the question: What time did Cindy make the first phone call to the police?

Well it caused me to remember that in one of the many interviews Cindy gave she stated that when she picked Casey up "they just drove around for a while, they weren't arguing or anything she was just asking her questions." It went something to that affect.
Does anybody remember this? Because I can't help but wonder why she would tell us/media that.

I know that ya'll are probably way ahead of me now but I can hardly believe the latest that I read from Cindy's mouth. I almost choked on my drink when I read that. So now we have Caylee's great-grandmother hearing from her during the time that she has been missing. Does anyone here honestly believe this?

From http://www.wftv.com/news/17161366/detail.html

Cindy Anthony is disputing something in the investigators' search warrant affidavit about Casey Anthony's phone records.

"That's a misstatement," she told Eyewitness News.

The affidavit says Casey's cell phone records "show no numbers belonging to a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez" and that there is "no incoming call" around noon on June 15, when Casey says she got a call from a private number and briefly talked to Caylee.

Cindy said she shared new information with investigators Monday about Casey's phone records that she says shows Casey really did get a call from Caylee on July 15 from a "private number." She's even claiming that Caylee's great grandmother heard from Caylee during the time she's been missing.

"We had a long conversation about that today. Some of the stuff that got leaked out is erroneous and they're looking at some of those things today," Cindy said.

"How did the person who had Caylee get your mother's phone number?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked.

"She was programmed into my daughter's phone," Cindy said.

Re: the Amscot location.

To get a good look at the location where the car was abandoned, go to google maps and search for this location:

7501 E Colonial Dr
Orlando, FL 32807-6368

This is Amscot # 102 at the intersection of Colonial and Goldenrod. Click on the street view button to see a visual of the location. You can also move around in the map by using the arrow buttons. I found a Citgo gas station about 1 block to the left of the Amscot. This looks like a fairly secure location.

Here's a good question. Why would she want to be out on bail? She would be grilled constantly by her parents, people hurling obscenities at her every time she leaves the house....can you imagine? I mean she wouldn't even be free to "go through other resources" to help find Caylee. IMO her being out of jail would blow her cover faster than in jail, if she were out, her parents would expect her to help investigate, which we all know isn't going to happen.....

Why would she want out? Because she feels she has done nothing wrong! If she gets out on bail, she will beable to tell her friends first hand her version of the events, of course telling each person a different story. She craves attention, and being in a cell 23 hours a day with no tv does not make casey very happy.

Yes, I remember that interview when she said they rode around for a while.

What was recently stated also is she picked the car up between 3:00 & 4:00 PM on July 15th. Then at some point found Amy's number, and then went and got Casey. If the first 911 call was around 8:00 PM, this is 5 hours after she got the car back from the towing company and the "the car smells like there was a dead body in it!" FIVE HOURS and the first 911 call was arrest my daughter as she stole my car and money!!!!
