Jealousy of what exactly?

It's just a gut feeling ... even the body language in the Christmas pic. To me it looks like BD had just hopped between SA and HD PRIOR to the pic being taken. HD looks like she sat back and BD snugged up to SA. I will admit I may have it all wrong, but that is my opinion. Along with the fact that she seems more concerned with losing SA than HD. Can't explain why I feel so strongly but I do..

Her cell is a pre-paid one so I dont think there is a bill. Hopefully LE has looked back many months. They still have the phone, and have not told her anything about any of the calls.

Don't take my word for this, but I think you can check your incoming/outgoing calls on the internet even if it is pre-paid. It would be worth looking into anyway.

OK I pretty much have been through all the transcripts. Those were what I could find. I will go through them again tomorrow too.

GRACE: Tell me what happened the day she went missing, Miss Dunn.

Billie Dunn, thanks for being with us. What happened in the polygraph?

BILLIE DUNN: Thanks for having us again. I don`t know. They had me very faithful (ph) in that test. We brought the polygraph up first. We asked for it, and they were told us -- they told us they were very confident in those tests. They -- I put a lot of confidence into those tests.

The first Friday they had it set up for us to take, we had taken Ativan the night before to go to sleep. They didn`t tell us we couldn`t have anxiety medicine. So when we were able to get it set up again -- Shawn had actually called them and asked them if he could come down and take it yet, and they said yes. They came, picked him up. He took his. I went in. They told me he failed it. I lost it, of course. I told them I had so much faith in that test.

Then they took me over to the courthouse. I took a polygraph test. I failed it, lost all faith in the test. A couple of other people failed it. One guy I do not know. One person took it three times, took it twice and failed it...

First to you, Ms. Dunn. Thank you for being with us. Ms. Dunn, why are they saying that you and the live-in boyfriend and the family have inconsistent statements? Who has changed their story?

BILLIE DUNN: I don`t know. I did ask one of the Rangers that because I heard that on the news last night also, and he`s supposed to be getting back with me. I asked him if there`s something I needed to clarify or something I need to know about.

GRACE: OK. I want to go back to you being told that you were deceptive on your polygraph test.

BILLIE DUNN: OK.

GRACE: Had you taken any drugs or smoked pot before the polygraph test?

BILLIE DUNN: No. But they knew I had taken some pain medicine and antibiotics for a bad tooth. They told us not to take any anxiety medication. I didn`t know I was going to take the test that day.

Okay she says they had it set up for her to take on friday. She doesnt say she knew they had it set up for friday. She could be stating after facts into her explainations making it appear she is lying .

The XBox is in DD's room? Well, I guess he moved it that Sunday night before he left because in the affidavit it says that DD saw Hailey playing XBox in the living room at 9 PM Sunday night when he left to stay at his friends.

I really would like to know some of the games they would play on it. And if SA played with DD or Hailey and if he did how long would he play?

Well, I was over there this afternoon, it wasn't in the living room, so I assumed (yes, I know) that it was in his room. He has been at his uncle's house since yesterday, so I suppose it is possible that he took it with him.

edit - oops, didnt know this one posted, so i did another.

And it is also possible that since media has been there so much, in the living room, that he has it in his room just for now.

I don't know the games, or if SA played with him, or how long they played.

Bellyup - DD is putting on a brave face, but I know he is hurting badly. My daughter is his age, and is trying to look out for him in school, where the kids are brutal - as are the teachers.

My daughter has several times had to tell kids to STFU. I don't condone language like that from my kids, but in this case, I gave her a pass. Kids telling DD that his sister was famous, and asking horrible questions, and sometimes even accusing him of having something to do with it.

I had tried to get some people to set up a rotation of taking casseroles or something each night, so my daughter asked her FCCLA teacher if they could take something. The teacher agreed.

Then the story hit about the affidavits. The next morning, the teacher pulled my daughter aside, and told her that until everything was 'cleared up', they would not be helping the family in any way. The did give DD a $20 Sonic card.

Then, in one of her classes, the teacher took it upon himself to slam Billie, calling her names, accusing her of buying crack, and for several minutes was on a tirade. This was Friday. I will be filing a complaint with the superintendent. How dare the teachers comment on this as the authority figure in the classroom. My daughter said that you could have heard a pin drop.

This is a small town, and anything slightly scandelous always gets a lot of attention. You can imagine how Hailey's disappearance has rocked the town. You cant go anywhere without hearing rumors, speculation, and outright crap talking. So, multiply that 1000x in the high school. I feel so bad for DD. Not only is his sister missing, but he has to hear people calling his mom every name in the book.

Oh wow, that stings. Unfortunately, I know it's true because I went through this with my daughter when her father died. I will spare everyone the details, but yes the kids and the school staff were horrid. My daughter was 16 at the time and it just ripped her apart. :(

I don't know much about xbox except that people can play others in different locations and chat. People can also get online with them. Wouldn't police have taken the xbox to check for any evidence?

I feel for DD. That teacher's behavior is deplorable. This community should be embracing and supporting this young man.

Not aimed directly at you, just using your post to jump off of. :)

I see it as a direct yes or no question, not a "please elaborate for us" question.

"Are there any questions that you are afraid we are going to ask of you? yes or no?"

True. Polygraphs are yes/no answers only. You don't sit there and have a conversation with the polygrapher once you're hooked up. It's feet on the floor, sit still and answer yes or no only.

Nope ...missing nothing

Apparantly Billie's memory is vague...like when you dont want to remember something really bad...
Billie needs to re read the affidavit to maybe spark her memory....but more likely Billie remembers perfectly but didn't want to tell czgtx... she needs her too badly

But what else bothers me was Billie's statement that LE was called about something else....

Something else happened also??????

Am just thinking aloud about what you have questioned ^above^..
And what could possibly be the "something else that happened" which Billie is claiming is the reason wwhy LE were called{Feb 2010 incident}..

I have indeed learned that what "they say" is usually true{i.e. that even pathological lies have kernals of the truth in them}

Just a complete shot in the dark but what if say it was Hailey that called 911 that day attempting to call for help on that Feb day on 2010 when SA threatened to kill both Billie and Hailey?.. and thats why when LE arrived Billie and SA had somehow already become aware that Hailey had placed the call for help and while LE was en route to the home Billie and SA convinced Hailey to go along with what ever mom and SA told LE..

So, Billie and SA attempted to play down the call placed by Hailey as just a pre-teen getting dramatic and calling LE with lies to get mom and BF in trouble..all because the pre-teen was angry for say making bad grades{whatever they wanted to say was the reason that set her off and wanting to make this phony claim to 911 about the parents}..pre teens way of getting back at the parents for restricting her, grounding her, punishing her, or whatever...

So, that is what Billie was attempting to make LE believe was the actual motive for why the call to 911 was made by Hailey..

But say LE did not "buy it" because unbenounced to Billie and SA the dispatcher could hear the verbal assault from Adkins in the background of the call..LE knowing this refused to let them get by with lying about it and did file adomestic incident report, where SA eventually confessed to indeed threatening mom and daughter..

As I said the above is all just a hypothetical.. just giving an example of why Billie would be attempting to down play or even lie to LE so they would not find out the threats that had been made

Hope thats making some sense.. Been awake for going on 40 hrs.. So, if not making it clear enough I'll revise and post my thoughts about the "why?" tomorrow..

just a shot in the dark..

Do you know how to do this? If not I will try and research it myself. Maybe it would lead to something...

They did, and very nicely brought him another to play on.

I'm no X box guru, but if there is no internet or home phone connection I do not think ir would be any different than playing a hand held video game. I have 4 18 yr old boys upstairs that have been playing for the last 6 hours! I could ask them.

The Feb 2010 incident - geeze you people have such imaginations (no offense, promise)

SA took Billies debit card, and I guess made a withdrawal. She called LE, he gave her the money back. Now, this is what she told me, and I didn't press for any other details besides asking if she was sure he hadn't threatened her or Hailey then.

I understand what you're saying. I live in a small TX town, too, and the stories I could tell.

I'm not going to pretend I'm impressed with BD after all that has come out, but if I lived close enough, I'd go with you and we could complain to the school about what is going on in person. IMO, there's no excuse for that, and I don't know if it's reserved for small towns, but I know I've seen things like this happen where I live. I'm so glad to hear your daughter is helping DD. My kids are like that, too, and I've always been so grateful they have turned out so well. Taking a lesson from them, please tell BD I'm very sorry for what she is going through, and I am hoping so much everytime I come back to this story Hailey has been found safe and sound, and I am still holding out hope for her. I've been through the pain of losing a child, and being abandoned by people who should have cared, and I am really sorry she is going through this, too.

Prepaid phones dont have recent call list??
Im assuming by this reply they dont...I didnt know that...

All I have to do is hit the call button and all my calls show up incase I want to redial one of them.

Maybe Billie could go to the carrier and ask if there is a way for her to see what calls/times for calls especially for Monday before 4PM

LOL, I am (somewhat) an x-box guru. To play with others, you have to have an internet connection, plus pay extra for X-box live. My son and I both have been known to play almost without interruption all day. We only get the one-day marathons every now and then, but it's easy to do if you don't have other stuff you need to get done, and sometimes if you do. :)
