PRETORIA, South Africa --

Oscar Pistorius is charged with one count of premediated murder over the Feb. 14 killing of Reeva Steenkamp. He says he accidentally shot her, thinking she was a dangerous intruder inside his home, lurking in a toilet stall off his bedroom.

12-Put the slippers/ bag on the bed 's bathroom side ..( He made a mistake there . It was his side with the gun under the bed. Later they switched that saying shoulder injury )
13- Called the EM
14-Took her downstairs. EM arrived.

Yes Kittychi... I just tend to think that way abt what he did between two
sets of shots..And then the affidavit is of course prepared with the lawyer.

What astonishes me is that given the security/ police arrival at the house 1/2 times upon the shouts/loud arguments like fighting at that noisy night, not a single word from these arguments is mentioned let alone that night is described as a very quiet , calm , everything is ok night in the affidavit (?).
Why did that Valentine Day's gift broken then?.. What happened to the trophies if it's true anyway..Why were the neighbors and the police got alarmed before that night? What was all they heard coming from that house ? Why is the need for lieing in the affidavit if one is innocent ? Why is the need for getting permission or sth like that for contacting the neighbors in the bail if you are innocent ?

South African double-amputee runner Oscar Pistorius cut short a BBC radio interview after being asked whether he could be viewed as an "inconvenient embarrassment" to athletics officials for competing in able-bodied competitions.

The 400-metre runner took part in the world championships in South Korea and hopes to run in next year's London Olympics.

Pistorius was asked in an interview on BBC's Today program whether he might be considered an "inconvenient embarrassment to South African authorities and the IAAF because, effectively, you're taking them into uncharted ethical waters".

"I think that's an insult to me and I think this interview is over," Pistorius responded.

The interviewer said the question was not intended as an "insult" but Pistorius replied: "That is an insult. Thank you very much".

Any plans Oscar Pistorius may have to run at the world championships could be further complicated after South Africa's chaotic track federation said Wednesday it had suspended six board members and been placed at risk of suspension by the IAAF.

Athletics South Africa president James Evans said the six members -- which include vice-president and former Olympic athlete Hendrick Ramaala -- "have left the sport in disarray" with their attempt to remove Evans from power.

In a statement, Evans listed deep problems within ASA. The body's bank account had been frozen, staff hadn't been paid, no team was sent to the African Youth Championships and there had been threats of legal action by the South African tax service, among other major issues, Evans said.

But crucially for high-profile athletes like Pistorius and former 800-meter world champion Caster Semenya, the in-fighting and allegations of improper behaviour within ASA meant it had not submitted an annual report to the world athletics body and "was placed at risk of suspension by the IAAF," Evans said.

How it happened :

RS was wearing the clothes that she wear when she arrived. They were not sleeping . The arguments with shouts went on in the bedroom until the late hours of the night . OP first hit her with the bat causing part of her head skull crushed.. Her hands were bloody..(I assume that he didn't get his gun until she fled from the bedroom ) She just grabbed the key/or maybe it was on the door lock already and opened the bedroom door knob/key got blood on it..
OP was furious abt what had happened..She was on her way down..He grabbed the gun and shot her from her right hip and as she was felling down second shot from her head and right hand ..(Maybe she was able to throw the trophies in between ) . She was unconcious..(Two shots total 3 wounds )

10-17 minutes gap :

The following were done by OP just between the two sets of shots which I believe can easily be heard by such close neighbors seen from the neighborhood photos..

1-Phone call to brother/lawyer.. I guess brother then informed the lawyer and lawyer called OP. Anyway.

Needed adjustments in the affidavit :

*Pitch dark/closed sliding doors and curtains etc.
*OP'S screams from the balcony .The balcony doors/curtains turned to be open when the police arrived.
*The ladder detail somewhere in the garden which would support the theory also included . Nothing would change if it wasn/t there.
*Felt trapped as the bedroom door was locked.
*How many shots/which parts of the door / from which point in the bathroom to the door not mentioned.
*The doctor'S arrival is mentioned. Nothing mentioned why he didn't do the assitance. or whether the EM or doctor also saw that she was alive then.

All above just speculation as always..

For the first bolded comment, that's highly speculative that there was blood on the bedroom door handle when there is no evidence or testimony to support it. I find it highly unlikely that Botha would not have mentioned this key piece of evidence as it proves that the incident not only does not happen in the bathroom but immedietely shreds his affidavit (and in turn his request for bail) apart.

For the second bolded comment, stop right there after assuming he hit her with the bat, crushing her skull. No human being is doing anything else if that happens, she would of dropped to the floor immediately and quickly black out. Then the question remains why shoot her at that point, she's already down at that point.

I've never seen an angle of a story still being held on to for some (cricket bat) when it's been debunked already. Her own relative effectively quashed this story, not to mention that it was testified to, under oath, that she had no other injuries outside the bullet wounds.

All below are just my opinions.

I respectfully don't agree that blood being on the bedroom door's handle is highly speculative and prob. there is. Actually acc to my theory, it spreaded there from Reevas' hands. OTOH, OP and lawyer are clever enough to put in the affidavit that OP battled to get her out of the toilet ....... and then went downstairs to open the front door.
When he was battling and pulling her to the bathroom , his hands were bloody.. So the blood on the bedroom door handle, well be explained to spread there from OP ' s passing from locked bedroom door to go and open the front door .
( touching front door's handle again )..

I just tend to think that Reeva was able to reach the front door and struggled to open it... and then fell down somehow at that point in the hallway near the front door. So OP was not travmatized enough to go down to the front door and open it leaving Reeva in her last breaths upstairs alone trying to cover Reeva even reached the front door ..Might have started his engine at that time so as it would seem maybe he was abt to to take her to the hospital. This is how I explain opening the front door and coming back stuff..

Just speculating anyway

Argh, I know...he is a repulsive man. And I don't believe for one second that he was a dear friend of OP. I googled Kenny and OP name and could find no connection what's so ever and considering they are both high profile figures in SA, if they were friends, surely it would have been mentioned somewhere. The only links I could find with the 2 of them together was related to the case. They probably met at some event somewhere along the line and its only in kennys mind that they are now best friends. Well done to him getting his name in the papers! :facepalm:

These stories today which are probably from the statement released from OP's team, just bolster my belief that they are strongly regulate what stories get out to the media.

So he wants people to know he's [1] mourning Reeva by talking to her friends, he's [2] widening his circle of activity while on bail and he is [3] strongly distancing himself from the Pistorians.
