Ok, to clarify. The new video I saw tonight on Showbiz Tonight was not the bodyslam video from Vinny. This was from TONIGHT where Mike ran through it starting with taking a picture then got slammed ran through the offices (to simulate the closet) grabbed the gun went back to bath and "shot" him (this is almost a minute), then runs for the knife. First I have seen of actual people running through it, not virtual people. Shows (as we know) that it is IMPOSSIBLE, just as JM states. I hope he does a video for closing argument.

This is the first I have seen it. I looked for it online and cannot find it, but it is not the one with the mannequin.

I honestly do not know how to record it from the show and put it on here. Plus I am watching it live and it only lets me rewind so far on live TV.

Copied over from last thread - I posted a little while back but wanted to see if others think this might be where she hid the gun and the knife. Look at the pocket on the bathrobe hanging by the shower. That would be a very good place to have the tools handy for her plan. Very easy to grab whatever tool she decided to use. I got this photo from the 180 crime scene photos on HLN Nancy Grace mysteries.

I am new here so if these should not belinked like this please remove.

I saw it. I'm not sure which show it was on though. I'd like to see it again since I only caught a glimpse towards the end. He was really rushing around to include all the steps she testified about.

We need someone to do a re-enactment of a guy who's been stabbed in the vena cava and possibly a dozen or more other places lunging and tackling like a linebacker and then another after they've received another dozen stabs and huge lacerations plus one that has completely severed their neck to the spine.

These re-enactments are great but they're based on JA's version of events. I'm going with the scientific explanation of events. She shot a dying or dead man to finish him off and the switch from a blade to a gun to achieve that is all the premeditation needed for M1 IMO.

I'm hearing testimony from this "expert" for JA on the NG rerun. Even worse than I thought from what I did hear today. And screw her and her fake ptsd. There is ptsd from trauma. There is a less intense ptsd from chronic abuse such as being the child of disordered parent(s). I do not see how either excuses or even explains what that creature did to TA. This testimony is ridiculous. I truly believe the jury will find it ridiculous as well.

It was on Showbiz Tonight on HLN. And he was hustling.

I gotta admit...only half listened to the Doc today. He didn't really come across as professional. I caught a few minutes where he pointed out a wrong word in his PowerPoint. Ugh...really?? Instead of "claim" I think it read "acclaimed". Poor...just poor.

I'm still in a Jodi hangover.....blech.

from his company as part of his biographie -
"Dr. Samuels holds doctorate degrees in Clinical and Forensic Psychology and Human Sexuality. His biography appears in Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Entertainment and other publications. He has appeared on numerous radio and television programs as a speaker for various areas of psychology and as a spokesperson for his business interests."

For ME, the point of reenacting Jodi's version is to prove that it is absolutely impossible.

We ALL know what really happened. The issue is negating JA's story.

When today's "expert" said he hadn't read a study he was citing in his opinion, I wrote him off. Whatever, Mr Expert.

The reenactment I saw on HLN by Mike bothered me. He said it took him 66 seconds. But it was not done at all realistically. For one thing, he didnt have her climb up an unstable closet shelf. And when he counted out his stabbings, he did them super fast, as if there was no defense being put up. And his defensive wounds tell us different.

So I think HLN did the prosecution a disservice by doing that phony attempt at recreating the crime. JMO

Foreal! I'm a community college student and had to give a presentation citing some research in physical therapy and while I actually did read the journal articles, one of the occupational therapists in the audience asked me a specific question in regards to it and I felt like a complete schmuck for not having the answer on the top of my head and for not bringing the full article for each study I was talking about with me for reference. It's completely unreasonable to accept the conclusions of a study, and testify to it, when you didn't even read the actual study!! Very lame for a professional!! I learned my lesson 2nd year at a community college...

I saw that too!

It will be back on at 2a EST. This is a must see.

Ok, I saw it differently. Ok, maybe he was quick with the gun, but STILL shows it is not possible. Best reenactment.....so far (please JM).

Darn, I think everyone went to bed. who is in charge of taping this thing. I am not that savvy.
