I know my internet has been slow the past few days, but I guess it worse than I thought. When I clicked to download Hugh's #1 interview, it told me it would take me more than an hour. Gotta work on fixing that problem!!:)

Anyways, here's Pam's part #1 and part #2. The CD is titled P. Long #1,which makes me think there should be a CD #2, but I don't have it.

I see from the discovery exhibit docs report there's suppose to be videos of Pamela Long, Wayne Coldiron and even Cab Tice. I'm anxious to see those also. :)

You're very welcome - I'm always happy to help my WS buds! I haven't yet seen anything for Coldiron, but that's just based on what the CDs are titled. I have about 10 more to upload.

Why is it that some of files when opened show a video on the file share site but when I push the download button all I get is an audio file and no video file?

To date, the only video file as a video is the Hugh Wiggins one you did where you zipped the file. Are you doing the other videos another way and that's why they're uploaded as an audio file instead?

By the way I'm working on getting the Hugh Wiggins interview converted into smaller segments as .avi files that can be uploaded to YouTube over on my Billings Timeline archive forum. That way we'll have them saved for review later because I know some of these file share sites only keep the files online for a limited period of time.

Thank you again Daisy for getting all these files for us. Honestly I'm beginning to think we wouldn't have them if it wasn't for you. :woohoo:

Can you give me an example of which one is showing up as video and then is audio?

I don't need to convert the audio files, I can just upload those.

Thanks for working on Hugh's interview!!! I upgraded to paying for the file sharing site so I could upload these larger files, but I only did it for a month.

Daisy, this one on Tice only downloaded as a audio file even though it showed on the share site as the embedded video. What's strange is I can watch the video on the file share site but what is being downloaded is only the audio portion. :waitasec:

Daisy, it may have been the way I was saving some of the files. I went back to the properties of the Cab Tice file for example that I saved and reassigned it to my Windows Media Player (it was automatically assigned to my Nero audio player for some reason) and the video did come up okay.

A further test, I loaded it into my AVS Video converter and it converted to an .avi file with no problem. Then I loaded that file into my splitter program and again it went through with no problem.

So just keep doing what you're doing, the problem must have been at my end. Sorry for the confusion.
