Friday, January 6th:
*Status Conference Hearing (Day 4 of 4) (@ 8:30am PT) - AZ - Allison M. Feldman (31) (Feb. 17, 2015, Scottsdale) - *Ian L. Mitcham (39 @ time of crime/42/now 47) indicted (4/11/18) & arraigned & charged (4/30/18) on 1st degree premeditated murder, 2nd degree burglary & 2nd degree sexual assault. Plead not guilty. $5M cash bond.
DNA matched with familial match in CODIS.
Trial set to begin on 2/8/23. (thru 5/25) Most weeks Mondays thru Thursdays for trial.

Okay - here's the way I am going to go - trial from 1/9 to 1/31 is cancelled/vacated & his next hearing is on 2/7/23 with trial starting 2/7/23 also. UNLESS!! The 1/9 thru 1/31 dates are for jury selection. ??
The Court site does NOT give too much information. I see the State did a notice of appeal - that MIGHT be trial continuance. So who knows!!

I am only coming up with May, 2022 articles - anyone have any better results in the U.S.?? TIA if you can find something.

Allison Feldman murder case: Judge throws out DNA evidence that led to suspect's arrest

A judge in Maricopa County has thrown out the DNA sample that led to the arrest of a person in connection with the 2015 murder of Allison Feldman.
