“Right now, they’re going through an autopsy to determine a couple things, first of all identity and then, secondarily, what was the cause of death,” Sheriff Paul Penzone told KTAR News 92.3 FM.

Dalton Holvig was recovering from two or three gunshot wounds and hadn’t received medical treatment when he was found, the sheriff said.

“He was being kept there against his will, according to his statements,” Penzone said.

Penzone called the case “very fluid, very complex and very concerning — just the level of violence that took place on that property.”

MOO the other charges the two unnamed residents of the property are being held on have to do with the weapons or outstanding warrants for other crimes. Good to know they will be in custody while LE investigate the circumstances which led to a thrice shot man being held at their property.

Makes me think Dalton has something these men wanted, or he would be dead also. Or owed theses men some money.

I wonder if the leg injury he suffered when he went missing is in addition to his gunshot wounds or were the gunshot wounds the source of the leg injury his family reported seeing him with on July 10?? Such a strange case. Was he being held while someone waited on his father to bring his captors something they wanted in exchange?

Yeah, not sure how they can believe Chad isn't one of the two deceased and yet not have those two deceased IDd yet?

waiting for next of kin, etc. Not saying this is what happened...we don't know who it is. If he is part of the deceased then there's proper ways to go through notifying family first and then the media. If not then it will be interesting to see what the whole story is.
