"Family members told police that Kiera Bergman was last seen at her home near 51st Avenue and Thunderbird Road on Aug. 4.

According to police, Bergman never returned home after leaving and has not been seen or heard from since.

Kiersten Bragg, Bergman's mother, says her daughter went to work Saturday morning, and her boyfriend picked her up but never made it back to their apartment.

If you have any information regarding her whereabouts contact Phoenix police. "

Hey Everyone! Just a quick update... Yesterday the State as well as the Defense finished presenting their cases to the jury. With that being said Monday September 19 is when closing arguments will be presented. Once both State and Defense finish their arguments the case will finally be handed over to the jury for them to start deliberating. Of course after they agree on a verdict we will be called back into the courtroom for it to be read aloud. I will then again post to the page when we are contacted to come back for the Verdict! As always thank you to everyone for the continued support and prayers over these past 4+ years, we would not have gotten this far without y'all! Very soon Kiera!! #JUSTICE4KIERA

Regular schedule for court today 9/7 and tomorrow 9/8 starting at 10:30am! After court tomorrow, Thursday September 8th, we will not have court until the following Thursday (September 15th). PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - Four years after the crime and after six weeks of testimony, a jury finally will begin deliberating in Kiera Bergman’s murder case. “If you believe the evidence either intentionally shows he caused Kiera’s death or he did so knowing he would cause death or physical injury, that’s enough for second degree murder,” said Maricopa County prosecutor Shawn Jensvold. The state maintains Bergman had a rocky relationship with her then-boyfriend, Jon Christopher Clark, and he killed her and then sent text messages from Bergman’s phone pretending to be her.

“Jon Christopher (Clark) is innocent,” defense attorney Keith Terry told the jury. “The state is trying to tell the same old story, the boyfriend did it.” During closing arguments, Terry showed photos of the two looking happy. He said police didn’t pursue other potential suspects that surfaced during the investigation. “If somebody else may have committed this crime, you must find Jon Christopher (Clark) not guilty,” Terry said.

Jurors are set to return on Tuesday morning to start deliberations. “Was Kiera really this reckless girl going out there sleeping with everyone? That’s the ‘*advertiser censored* shaming’ campaign that’s been going on. Is that really the evidence? Or was she just a young woman trying to make her way?” said Jensvold. “Kiera’s only mistake- it was a fatal mistake- was putting her trust and her love in the wrong person.”

Justice 4 KIERA is at Southbound AZ Hwy 85.​

This morning with family and friends we gathered at the site where Kiera’s body was recovered. Kiera’s father, Chris, welded this beautiful cross together in memory of her. We dug a hole, poured the concrete and put it in the ground. It was very heartbreaking being at that site for the first time. We are so thankful for the support system that we have had throughout these 4 years. We are also very thankful for our attorneys who have gotten us to this point in trial and for their impeccable work in this case. Our family truly would have never gotten this far without everyone! Kiera deserved way better than this world gave her and we owe her this! We love you so incredibly much Kiera!! Rest in eternal peace

Jon Clark has been found not guilty.

PHOENIX — A jury has found Jon Christopher Clark not guilty in the murder of 19-year-old Kiera Bergman.

The decision came down Thursday in a Maricopa County courtroom. The case was turned over to the jury on Friday after closing arguments concluded.

He was facing charges of second-degree murder and tampering with evidence, both of which he was found not guilty by a jury.
