Agreed. I wonder if Brooke was like his forbidden fruit. He'd probably flirted with her and tried to get further and she wanted nothing of it. You know....the fact that he couldn't have her made her that much more a "must have" for him. And also...he must have known that she'd tell for sure....which makes me believe he'd tried something in the past and got the "are you sick" look or something. I wonder how she felt about him. If he was an "uncle creepy" to her. I'll bet he was.

He put a lot of planning into the emails and everything else. Well, a lot other than the fact that his IP would be traced..but you know what I mean. And they had to know that Brooke would for sure tell on AR.

He planned on having to kill her...just not quite that soon I think. Or something went wrong.

It has always been amazing to me how very young children automatically 'dislike' certain people with whom they come into contact. (Animals aslo.)

A question to the females posting today:

Since childhood, do you remember various males in your lives who automatically set off an alarm warning signal within you prior to them ever attempting anything or verbally confirming those feelings?

Some males (including several family members) just automatically give me the heebie jeebies.

Maybe he'd been successful in wielding control over little kids for so long he fancied himself a master at it and duped himself into believing he would have the same genius success with the police. I don't think he was in a panic. It's apparent he planned the murder. He called police to manipulate them, thinking he was going to be self-appointed leader of their investigation. The man is a fool.

That's what I think...delusions of gradeuer. A freaking google search could have told him that his fake messages would be detected if the police ever put a computer forensic specialist on it. His entire retarded plan was predicated on him, a sex offender, never being suspected and everything being taken wholly at face value.

But, that assumes he didn't intend to keep Brooke alive, he might have been planning to force her to log on and make some calls to substantiated that she 'went to Texas'...so who knows.

I agree, even though it seems incredulous. Remember, when they were announcing on the news that Brooke disappeared with someone that she met on the Internet. I think that this was before Brooke's clothes were found. MJ must have thought that LE really believes that she left with someone from the Internet. He just wanted to make sure that the investigation was staying in that direction. I believe that Mark Klaas immediately said that he thought that MJ was trying to throw off the investigation and that Brooke would not be found where the clothing was supposedly found. It seems to me that they were thinking that Brooke had been murdered early on. Weren't they searching water really soon after her disappearance?

I can not understand what is so difficult to understand??? Read adnoids post, it seems clear to me concerning AR.

I think most of you need read it AGAIN!

Thank you....I have read the sticky by .

To be safe, I'm going to refrain from posting anything concerning A.R. I "get" that she is a victim of MJ and RG and her own mother (my opinion only) and God knows who else. The fact that I have questions about her involvement and truthfulness doesn't mean I don't recognize that. But, in an abundance of caution, I'll keep my questions to myself. :)

okay...here's another question I have regarding that semen...can't they tell how old it is?? Not to be gross.. but can't they??

That's what I thought too. But someone mentioned that once it's dried they can't tell.

I think the only time you can tell is when it's still 'motile', with little sperms still swimming around.

Unless I am a total idiot, this is what he meant. I thought that AR responded that she didn't want to spend time with Brooke.

No, she said she "wasn't sure" yet if she wanted time with her, or not. She then said she wanted someone to urinate in Brooke's mouth and to see her suffer and "see how she likes it."

Also, IMO, if you read the emails it seems pretty clear to me that they both knew Brooke wasn't supposed to get out of this alive. She is a 'problem' that has to be "taken care of." What else can that mean? They were going to torture her, rape her and then just let her go? I don't think so.

Anything AR says is certainly a result of abuse and sadistic training by MJ, and I'm glad she at least expressed she "wasn't sure" about actively taking part in torture.

IMO, the whole business of Brooke being a "problem" was just cooked up by MJ to whip up fear/hatred in AR and help get her fully on-board with his venture. It probably would have given him extra sick satisfaction to watch her, whom he had 'trained,' take part in torturing his victim. JMO, but I don't really think there was any reason they had to get rid of her other than that MJ wanted to torture and kill a young girl. And possibly film his crime to sell to other sick, sadistic, pedos.

I hate to say this, too, but--given Brooke was raised for some years by her pedo stepfather, and spent "lots" of time at ARs house in MJs company--and given the quality of adult supervision these girls had--I think it's unfortunately pretty likely that she had already been abused by MJ, RG, or both. I hope I'm wrong.

I hope I didn't break any AR rules; I'm only commenting on and quoting what is in the affadavits.

Someone posted that once it's dried you can't tell how old it is.

This is some info that might help. According to this study; they say it tends to show that it varries from individual to individual and on temperatures. But this is only one study. It seems the medical science concensus is that they do not know for certain. Looks like they're still trying to figure it out.

I have seen real life cases on documentaries where old evidence (ex; cold cases) they got identifying DNA after years and other cases it was degraded very quickly.

I also think that he thought that since his laptop was a "work computer" that police/LE wouldn't be able to touch it. Wrong again, buddy.

That's what I think...delusions of gradeuer. A freaking google search could have told him that his fake messages would be detected if the police ever put a computer forensic specialist on it. I totally agree with your assessment. "Having some time with her" meant her having her turn with Brooke after, during or prior to MJ having his fun with her.

Does anyone have a copy of Denise's affidavit info that is not redacted? The only one I found her whole testimony is blacked out. Could someone post a link to a copy of Denise's affidavit?

The statements about what Denise found are at the bottom of this affidavit.

I think the purpose of the semen and the "finding" of the sneaker was to get MJ dismissed as a suspect. He knew that by planting a sneaker, LE would conduct a search that would reveal the panties. He volunteered to give a DNA sample, knowing it wouldn't match the semen on Brooke's underwear.

Maybe he thought he'd be home free, not realizing that dumping the baggie at the same place would negate the value of the non-matched DNA.

Getting rid of his hard drive instead of simply replacing it with a "clean" one was also not too bright.

I don't think MJ planted the dna evidence.

From dealing with children for many years, I have found that 'step-by-step' instuctions are almost always needed to insure that a task is performed properly. I don't think MJ explained what to do with the baggie after planting the dna evidence. This is one huge oversight that hopefully, will help to convict him and to bring justice for Brooke.

Jacques threatened to kill JUVENILE 1 and her Mother. His training was the same as a bank robber who sticks an AK47 in a bank tellers face to "train" her to hand over the money.

Oh YES. Nothing ever happened but somehow I knew something wasn´t right with a certain male.

Not only was it a "problem" for him, he made it a problem for her by telling her that Breckenridge "wasn't too happy" with her.

What a worm.

I don't think he planted the evidence either.
That leaves three people, who could have.
IMO

I had not read it prior to stating my thoughts. I'm not sure what we are allowed to discuss. If stating that I believe that she is lying is bashing a victim, then I guess that she can't be discussed?????? I do however, believe that she can be a victim and not be telling the truth at the same time. Maybe because she is a victim and has been trained to do or say whatever he commanded her to do.

Every VPN I have set up has access logs that record the remote IP address.

Hi - I was talking the "server" in general in logging IP address of the remote users - But yea if it is a work VPN, i will assume that for security purpose, all of it it should be logged. Ive'd seen some set-up that didnt log all IP address history of the remote users but it just records - the last ip address used for that particular user.

But anyways, do you think there is a possibility that Jacques , gives his friend, Ray his username and password to access the internet using their VPN so Yahoo cant see his IP address logging in? This raueldom@yahoo.com was possibly made more than 2 years ago based on it's yahoo profile, you think Yahoo will also keep the IP logs for 2 years of people who access this particular email?

So true. Good post.
