You guys are so sweet! I'm so new at this... But im loving more information getting out! I hope Erin is found soon!
But wasn't the guy in the red car described as having short hair? Unless he got a hair cut, this guy definitely has "shaggy" hair.
Short reddish hair if I remember correctly.
Did we ever see/hear "reddish" in any interviews or articles? I thought it was interpreted that way at one point and later we figured out it was just "light" hair. I think that was when the thread was going about 3 pages per minute though so I may have missed further clarification.
not beyond what is in the article unless he is named a suspectI'm going to piggyback off my own post here and ask the mods if CL is sleuthable? I know probably not, but there are a few things I'd really like to dig into! Alerting my own post.
it was red car not red hair (on JVM) but it got confused. HthI thought it said light and then reddish came into it I remember someone asking who had light reddish short hair.
:bump:not beyond what is in the article unless he is named a suspect
Well taking into consideration the fact that they were married one would think they were already committed to starting a life together. So the next question would be in my mind is how long had they been married? OR are you referring to a third party being involved?

His hair looks short in the photo on the horse (but it's under a cap). Perhaps the photo with shaggy hair was taken when he was younger (teen-aged face breakout). Don't Marines all have short hair?
I can't figure out what made LE zero in on the jeep in the search warrant. They must have had cause. In the early reports, didn't LE say one of the persons they interviewed had an inconsistent story (Not the husband, the other unnamed guy)?
ETA: He graduated from Dimond High School in Anchorage, AL, and it looks like he is wearing his school colors (gold and burgundy) in the shaggy hair photo. FB jersey, maybe?
in the army for enlisted it is called the ets date (end time in service) and yes it is known in advance. (20 year military spouse)My husband informed me that military people know what date they are being discharge st way before the date comes. They have to make arrangements, which means they need plenty of time to prepare for life outside of the military. My BIL was in Japan for 3 years. He had his date marked down at least a year in advance. I remember because he used to do the countdown on facebook. He started shipping some of his stuff home months before he came.
Sometimes, you may do something bad (like get a DWI or another charge) and the military *may* offer you an early release. It probably depends on your previous military record and behavior.
I would say, or make a guess that the date of discharge and the date of Erin's disappearance really don't mean anything... Unless he planned to do harm and skip town, so he preplanned everything around his discharge date.

No he was not wearing hat. He looked like a, like, I want to say light color hair, from a far, there wasn't sun or blocking my view, I got good eyes. Like I said it wasn't very, from here to the yellow bridge over there, it wasn't very far. Uhm...again, it did look like, it looked like a short guy with sandy, with light colored hair. He wasn't a big heavy duty buff Marine that's for sure. He was a little guy, you know.
was this in the article? They zeroed in on the jeep because it's Christopher Lee's vehicle, and it seemed many people knew Erin had been having an affair with him.
