The subject was wearing a Marine Corps ring with red stone, a wedding type band ring, and a watch.

The subject was wearing a Marine Corps Ring, a yellow metal band-type ring, and a watch.

Location Found: Floating the the bay near Pier 15 on October 14, 2003. The subject appeared to have been in the water over a week.

I think Martin would be a good potential match to these remains. I haven't had a chance yet to dig deep into his case but it seems interesting. I'll dig a bit more over the next couple of days. His stats match except for tatts and scars (none mentioned in UID profile) but these remains were in the water for a week or so. "If" this UID is still unidentified, I think he should be submitted as a PM. Moo

His NamUs page has been removed but the resolved cases for CA did not go up so I too emailed the ME about this case and got the same response as @apearn - identified as David Lee Cameron.
