Hi AmandaReckonwith!

I believe these are the correct hearing dates for 2013. I pulled them from the Superior Court of California website. Thanks for all you do :)

Everyone should take note that the newscast stated that a TIP has resulted in another search of a SouthBay lake. YES. I knew some good soul would step forward and help solve this case. THEY WILL FIND HER earthly remains.

Double down on prayers everyone, and please say one for the Tipster. They did the right thing - God Bless them.

Dive team may have resumed their search for Sierra in lake.

I've been following this story since the beginning and I really hope they find Sierra and bring her home.

Snipped from the above link:

NBC Bay Area is not naming the lake or its location to protect the integrity of the investigation.

and

Sources also said Thursday was the second time divers were at the particular lake -- a lake that is of high interest to investigators.

New Lead in Sierra Lamar Case Sends Divers Searching South Bay Lake
By Erin Sherbert Fri., Feb. 7 2014 at 8:58 AM

Snipped:

NBC News spotted the divers supposedly training at the lake, but sources close to the investigation later told the news station that the divers were actually there looking for evidence in that murder case. They were reportedly equipped with new powerful sonar that allows them to better locate bodies in murky waters.

Holding the entire LaMar family in my heart today. May the results of this search truly help them #FindSierra. I know I am not alone when I say that the wait has been agonizing for every single person who cares for this beautiful girl and her family.
I still can't believe how long it's been without answers (March 16, 2012)....
I am hopeful and heartsick....

I am so proud of our local LE, the S. Clara County D.A. and all the volunteers and agencies participating in this search! (Klaas organization, etc.). Everyone has been so dedicated and determined to bring Sierra home....and it WILL happen! Keep praying everyone. Pray for these wonderful search and recovery divers. May God guide them to our dear Sierra!

I think she's in water and that's partially why her bag isn't with her ... that and the rumour in the very early days about items being wet. I really hope she is found. Poor lovely girl, she deserves her remains to be somewhere her people can visit.

At the end of the video I watched they said a drought it helping the search. This is how Hailey Dunn's remains were found, on the first anniversary of Sierra's kidnapping, although she was completely out of water. I know it means nothing, but in a kooky way I hope these two are helping each other out.

Also encouraging is the article mentions "Mark Garcia, a private investigator helping the Lamar family find Sierra." First I heard that.

Maybe a warning to ATG for the hearing next month that he better start cooperating.

I hope they find her. I keep hoping when this thread is bumped down that it means she was found, but it hasn't happened yet. Poor girl.

Catching up on this thread- unbelieveable that the suspect is allowed to play this no plea game for so long. I'm hoping this latest search will find Sierra and her family can finally have a bit of peace.

Is it good or bad that he hasn't put in a plea yet?

The prosecution has a much better case if her body is found. He is young and it would be nice to see him behind bars for the rest of his life, so he doesn't kill again.

Actually all the delays have worked in that there is more time to find Sierra. When they do find her, he goes down hard.

Whereas if he goes to trial without her being found, there is room for doubt. Defense will try and spin about why her DNA was in his car, etc.
