Description:
Morgan was last seen in the early morning hours at a cabin near Moose Mountain Provincial Park, approximately 12km north of Arcola, Saskatchewan on October 28, 1968. He has never been heard from again.
Morgan was planning to go hunting in the area for deer at the time. A 30-30 rifle was discovered missing from the cabin. He was known to walk in a slow and deliberate manner, and did not have a vehicle when he disappeared. Despite extensive searches of the area, Morgan has never been located.
