I would be more worried of him fleeing. IMO he has too big of an ego to take his own life. IMO he will plead innocent until the bitter end.

Has it only been a year since she went missing?​

It feels like 10 years have passed.

And now that I think about it, putting the house up for sale only 9 months after her disappearance seems very premature to me.

Unless you are planning on that money for upcoming legal fees.

Edited - spelling! I wonder if this was the original job site where the initial 3 day dig took place? Hmm. Speculation only. Concerning if this is the case as she would have been right under their noses the whole time. JMO.
