Attorney Richard Hornsby has found an inconsistency in Casey Anthony's bankruptcy filing. In 2010 Casey Anthony signed an affidavit, claiming indigency, stating that her attorney Baez fee was $ 89,000 [and "NO OTHER COMPENSATION"...] ... now in the bankruptcy filing she is saying Baez is owed $ 500,000.
Casey Anthony also wrote in her bankruptcy filing that she gave Baez rights to PHOTOS of herself.
And, why is Andrea Lyon listed as a Creditor, when the Indigency affidavit says she was working PRO BONO and received no fees, and only received $ 22,500 and would receive "NO OTHER COMPENSATION".....
