Casey's original attorneys in her ZENAIDA defamation case in STATE COURT, Charles M. Greene and Andrew J. Chmelir wrote up a 44-page "Undisputed Facts", and this was originally filed in the ZENAIDA GONZALEZ STATE COURT Case # 2008-CA-24573, on Feb 27, 2012. Casey's bankruptcy attorney, David L. Schrader, filed a copy of this 44-page "Undisputed Facts", in the ZENAIDA bankrutpcy court case on April 28, 2014, to go along with his Motion for Summary Judgment.

Charles M. Greene and Andrew J. Chmelir are no longer working for Casey Anthony.

Status Conference in the ZENAIDA case, tomorrow April 29, 2014 at 1:30pm in Tampa.

Zenaida has until May 16, 2014 to file a RESPONSE to Casey's Motion for Summary Judgment.

Zenaida's attorneys are R. Scott Shuker, John B. Dorris, and Keith R. Mitnik.
 
CASEY ANTHONY MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - AFFIDAVIT

Casey Anthony attorney David Schrader filed her AFFIDAVIT, to go with their Motion for Summary Judgment.

Interesting note is that the AFFIDAVIT is Notarized by P.I. Patrick J. McKenna on April 25, 2014!
Pat McKenna is the famous OJ Simpson P.I., and McKenna was at Flanagan’s in Lake Worth, FL with Casey and P.I. Jerry Lyons [bald guy sitting beside Casey] in December 2012 [the cell phone photo with her white beanie]. McKenna is not shown in the Flanagan photo, but he paid the bill with his credit card.
Casey was living with Pat McKenna for some time after her release from jail, and may still be living there, and in a romantic relationship.
It is very likely that Pat McKenna “loaned” Casey the $ 25,000 which she paid the bankruptcy Trustee for the rights to her story.

Zenaida’s Response to Casey Motion for Summary Judgment was due May 16, 2014, but Casey’s Motion was more than 60 pages long, and Zenaida’s attorney Shuker, needs more time to review it and draft a Response, and Zenaida’s attorney Shuker, has other cases and scheduling conflicts and out-of-town travel, and needs more time.
Asking for an extension to June 20, 2014.
Casey does not oppose the extension.

The Trustee wants to Strike Casey’s Amended Objection to the Claim by the Ambulance company [when she fell in the elevator, while in leg chains and busted her mouth].

Casey filed an Objection to the Ambulance company’s CLAIM # 1, saying she should not have to pay the bill of $921.15 to the Ambulance company because she was in custody at the time, and Casey has no money [“insolvent”], and the State of Florida, Orange County should pay the bill.
The Ambulance company had until May 11, 2013 to file a Response to Casey’s objection, but did not do so.

The Trustee says he is now in the process of closing the bankruptcy case and this unresolved Objection to the Ambulance CLAIM is hindering and delaying the closing of the bankruptcy case.

The Trustee says Casey has no standing to object to the Ambulance CLAIM because her bankruptcy case has no money [“insolvent”], and there will be no excess funds for Casey.

And, the Ambulance company did not Respond to Casey’s Objection.
The Trustee says that Casey has failed to forward an Order to the Court, so he wants the Judge to file an Order striking Casey’s Objection to the Ambulance CLAIM.

The county should pay the ambulance as she was in custody. Wonder why it was not paid right when billed?

I see that JB has really moved up the ladder to handle the upper echelon of clients now... and its from 8/4 - it was not even a blimp on the radar, I just found it looking for documents on OCA's Bankruptcy.
