and from my notes:
Wednesday, 2/28/24 - Parties to file a joint jury questionnaire filing for court consideration.
Wednesday, 2/28/24: Trump's lawyers & Jack Smith's office face a deadline from U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon to "meaningfully confer & file a joint jury questionnaire for the Court's consideration, clearly denoting any areas of agreement & disagreement." This is to prep for trial in the 40-count federal felony Mar-a-Lago classified documents case.
Friday, 3/1/24: Scheduling conference before U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon on Trump's 40-count federal felony Mar-a-Lago classified documents case where all remaining pretrial deadlines & the overall trial start date are expected to be reset. [Trump’s motion to continue 5/20/24 trial date].
Wednesday, 3/20/24 - Deadline for the filing of any Motions in Limine & any motion to introduce evidence under Fed. R. Evid. 404(B).
Thursday, 4/11/24 - Governments CIPA Section 6(c) Motion hearing if necessary

Wondering about #338 - on scheduling conference & hearing date. Do not want to pay $3.99 for this document.... but I do have 3/1/24 as the next scheduling conference hearing at 10am.

In recent weeks, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon of the Southern District of Florida has emerged as one of most liberal judges in the country in terms of championing the First Amendment and common-law rights of the press and public to see sealed court documents. What makes her rulings particularly pioneering is that the documents in question have been filed under a protective order designed to, among other things, shield potential government witnesses from harassment, intimidation, and threats.

Trump's cult seem to gravitate to social media. It's why I avoid it. They all seem to be bullies who enjoy insulting others.

JMO
I though Websleuths didn't allow political discussions? What changed? As far as I know there is no Trump cult, but since this seems to a topic we can discuss, what cult can you disclose? Can you cite sources?

2/29/24 Update: Government's Proposed Schedule filed. Special Counsel asks Judge Cannon to schedule the Trump classified docs trial for July 8, 2024. (see above #338).

Update from Ft. Pierce: Judge Cannon did not set a trial date for the classified documents case during the morning session of the scheduling conference. But she told prosecutors for the special counsel that their proposed July trial date is “unrealistic.”

Here’s the big news, though: The special counsel’s office explicitly took the position that what’s know as the “60-day rule”—a policy in which the Justice Department avoids taking investigative steps close to an election—does NOT APPLY to cases that have already been charged.
