When charges were first made (7/31/18) the DA was going to seek the DP - and on 7/27/23 they changed their minds. No DP.

Thanks @PayrollNerd !

Dispositions are "adjudication withheld."

Had to look this up:

What is a Withhold of Adjudication? A "Withhold" is a special sentence in which the judge orders probation but does not formally convict the defendant of a criminal offense. Florida Statute s. 948.01 vests Florida judges with the authority to withhold adjudication after the judge imposes a probation sentence.

Whatever THAT means??

Thanks @PayrollNerd !

I looked that up also. I was expecting it to show guilty. Maybe once the documents are available for viewing it will be clearer.

His jail profile still has him listed as found guilty on some charges.

On which charges does it show guilty? I can put those in my notes.

Look at the PDF documents in post #337.

Thanks! I wonder how I missed those! Basically found guilty of all the murder & child abuse charges. No bill on possession & 1 count of neglect child abuse.

TIA! :)
