Even though I have some missing persons that might match. Idk how to even submit a match.

When you are on namus, there is a tab called "Contacts" for every case (just like with the pictures).

You can then either contact the Agency or namus' regional case manager.

You can also submit your matches to The Doe Network, they have their own form for it.

No. I knew Frank since first grade. That's definitely not him. Another post mentioned that he was distraught since he found out his mother died, but she died in 1978. I think he would have found that out a lot sooner than 1984. It wasn't surprising to hear that he was suicidal. He had always been very moody. He admitted once while in grade school that he wished he were dead.
He was also under 5 feet tall throughout school, so he probably grew no more than 5' 8", much less to 5' 11" as an adult.
I also doubt he had the means to take a trip to Florida. His hair was black, but he had some gray, even in high school.
