Tuesday, March 5th:
*Disposition Hearing via Zoom (@ 8:30am ET) - FL - Efrain Ibarra-Barcenas (44) his body was found in a burning field in Ruskin. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said on Saturday, April 15, 2023, just shortly after 8 a.m., a concerned caller told dispatch they drove past what they believed was a mannequin on fire in an open field behind a residential area on Will Scarlett Avenue in Ruskin. Fire Rescue responded to the scene to extinguish the flames & discovered that the mannequin was actually a dead body. The sheriff's office said the victim was found with upper body trauma & due to the severity of the burns, it cannot be identified. Was id’ed as Efrain. *Christian Segura-Alvarez (20) arrested (4/21/23) & charged (4/22/23) with 2nd degree felony murder with gun & tampering with physical evidence relating to a capital felony in connection with the crime. $600K bond.

Awaiting extradition from Houston to Hillsborough County, FL. Extradited & booked 6/20/23. $510K Bond. Plead not guilty.
