Monday morning...they call 61 and she tells court that this jury duty is entirely too demanding on her time and she wants off now!!! They are not waiting for her....hope the judge nails her...he is mad. Well she arrived about 9:15 and he LEFT HER ON. This is crazy.

Sounds like Juror 61 might be as delusional and self absorbed as Tex. How did she even get on the jury not knowing that they'd actually expect her to show up on time and stick it out for the entirety of the trial?

Hmmm...:thinking:

("his residual estate", IMO, means anything left of his estate after he dies- Tex may not have the ranch by then- he may have sold it before he died and therefore, Austin will not get the ranch, unless Tex specifically states in the will that Austin will inherit the ranch in addition to inheriting "his residual estate". The estate therefore, cannot sell the ranch to fulfill any estate obligations because it will belong to Austin.
