Something was brought out in that paper sack. It could be related to Lauren or something altogether different. I don't even know of any stores, etc that use paper sacks anymore so I would think they are no longer common things that people use to transport items. Hence, specialized use for evidence.
 
McDaniel lawyer doesn’t object to search of grandfather’s farm

...In an order signed Thursday by U.S. District Court Judge C. Ashley Royal, attorney Floyd Buford said McDaniel has “no general objection to the plaintiffs’ request to inspect the property ... provided the search is done by privately retained experts who have no affiliation with the defendant’s current criminal case.” ...

...McDaniel is set to stand trial in the murder case in January. Pre-trial hearings in the criminal case are set to begin Monday.

Discovery in the civil case is set to last until June 30. ...
