This defense attorney is really trying to paint Heather in a bad light. Heather is not here, so this tactic is just gross.

I expected this, it's what defense attorneys do. The facts of this case, Heather having had an affair with a married man, doesn't show Heather (or Sidney) in a good light either.

I think that the defense attorney trying to make this jury think that Heather wasn't a good employee, doesn't seem to be all that important when it comes to the charges against Tammy.
