You can read the affidavit's of his latest arrest at the below links. Joe was driving his cousin's car, his initials are BF, he was arrested, too, as he had an active warrant for aggravated assault stemming from an incident with the woman (Jxxxxxxx Axxxx) who drove Joe to Florida in Feb. 09.

probable cause to believe that the defendant named above on 03/09/2012 in Davidson County,
did unlawfully, [Select one] ___ intentionally, knowingly or recklessly cause bodily injury to

as follows:
On 3/9/12 around 9:50pm, the victim and the witness were traveling on Piccadilly Row towards Una-Antioch Pike. The defendant was traveling on Piccadilly Row coming towards the victim from Una-Antioch Pike. As the defendant passed the victim he fired several shots at the victim's vehicle. According to the victim the defendant fired about 6 or 7 rounds, and
the victim stated that two rounds struck the vehicle. The victim states that she saw the defendant shoot at the vehicle and she recognized him as Bxxxxxx Fxxxx. This incident stemmed from a previous incident in which the victim's residence and vehicle were shot several times on 3/8/12. The victim states that the defendant is angry because he thinks that the victim and the witness stole some money from him. The victim states that she nor the
witness stole any money from the victim.
