Why would people phone in false tips. How can you be so cruel?

It's now three weeks early tomorrow morning Hannah went missing. I wish our collective energy could bring her home. Cannot even begin to imagine how her parents feel. The waiting, the tips, the daily updates...I'd be a mess.

I don't know anything about being in prison. Can they interrogate JM? Are they allowed to? When I see crime shows it seems they have interrogators and the perp in a room for hours and hours wearing them down. I wish I knew more about the process.

No he has a lawyer. I would hope they would tell us if they had found any clothing of hers or her phone. We have only unconfirmed rumors that they may have found a trace of these things.

I don't believe they did. One of the articles I read it had mentioned it as one of the things to be looking for, and said it had a pink case.

HLN covering the search for Hannah. HLN Jeankasaurus say officials had briefing. Up to 3500 tips so far. 12 groups out searching North and east. boots on the ground with dogs because it's foggy today no helicopter This weekend 120-150 professional searchers from across the eastern seaboard will be searching on the ground. Also expecting private aircraft from GA that has hi def photography abilities. Takes 20 hrs for photos to process. 8 mile radius they will search, epicenter C'ville, not searching downtown area as its already been searched but outward from there based on historical case studies. Could be most relevant area to find a missing person.

I was also just thinking about that fake name he used when arrested in Texas, George Carr. Several people here have said that his grandmother's name is Carr. But maybe there is more to it than that. Maybe the name is linked in his mind in some way to a place he had been recently. Sleuthing this shows that the Ivy Creek Natural Area is associated with an African-American family named Carr. Also the name of George Carr is associated with a farm on the northern bank of Ivy Creek where Hessian soldiers were stationed, which has been known ever since as "The Barracks" that is just to the west of where he lived.

So not so much trying to get back at "George Carr" but merely being aware of the name in association to where he took Hannah, and blurting it out when he suddenly has to come up with a fake name.
