Those are great pictures! The one gator at the front door! Seriously I think I would have heart palpitations if not a heart attack!

The tree in the middle of the street in Corpus looks like it was snapped like a toothpick! Don't mess with Mother Nature!

I just saw on the news that the estimated damage from Harvey could exceed 40 billion.

The worst is yet to come and it will be from extreme flooding.

They are expecting to see alligators, poisonous snakes, gas leaks, fire ants in the flood waters.

Please do not get out, and drive anywhere unless you just have to and always remember the water over the road is much swifter, and deeper than many think. Roads and bridges can give away as well.

I am praying so hard for all of you who are affected by this storm.

Please be safe everyone.

Geez! It does look to be mostly evacuated hopefully? No traffic except the person filming and reporting. Death toll at 8 and it is still very early.

lol! Just an opinion, but just by sheer number. I know sometimes portions of their mound will float and then they just glom onto anything available. Hate'em!

By the way, just learned a new word this morning by way of Canadian Mom - lunabiscuit! She called the 2 perps in Savanna Greywind's case lunabiscuit!

I love Canadians! You guys are no nonsense, down to earth, salt of the earth, good people!
