I'm hoping, that after this hearing, we see some movement toward the jury trial for Jones.
His trial on Jan. 22 is coming up fast.

It will be 5 years on Jan 25 since they were charged with the murders. How much longer can they drag this out?

It appears so. I'm not sure it's going to happen, though; there are only 4 business days until it's scheduled to begin.
Shouldn't we be hearing something about jury selection by now?

The continuances are by the court in all three cases.
Under what circumstances does the court order order it?
I'm wondering if Jackson is cooperating with the prosecution on another case.
Do you have any ideas?

I'll be checking to see if the other two cases get updated in the next few days.

I totally have NO idea what is going on!! LOL! Could be one of them is cooperating or something - trying to make a deal with other prison sentences they received. Who knows! Definitely not me! :D
